    My wife received several random phone calls from this business offering to buy my home. I do not want to do business with them nor is my home up for sale. My wife asked them to stop calling. They keep calling its usually from a different phone number and different person on the line.

As part of our normal follow-up process, we attempted to reach your wife by phone to discuss her request. However, we did not receive a response or any indication that she wished to stop communication until your BBB complaint was submitted.
    We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Please know that we have immediately removed her information from our system, and you will receive no further communication from us. Our intent is always to assist homeowners who are interested in selling, and we regret any inconvenience our outreach may have caused you.

    Received an unsolicited offer to buy my house without any Opt-Out information. It is my understanding Opt-Out information is legally required to be included in unsolicited offers. I want to have my name permanently removed from this mailing list and I want this company to modify their business practice to immediately begin including Opt-Out information on all future mailings to others.
