    I highly recommend Pro Source Home Buyers. My dad's house needed repairs that I could not afford. They offered a very fair price to buy the house "as is". Every person I met with throughout the process was kind, professional, and seemed to really care. *****l told me that I can come and see how they have transformed my childhood home after renovations are completed, just that means so much to me. The property was originally a part of my grandparents 99 acre farm and I live next door. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company!

    I just finished business with Pro Source and would not hesitate recommending them. Their agent ***** made the whole deal as smooth as possible. He always was available
    to answer questions and give guidance. Their choice of mortgage brokers was first class. From start to finish it was a very good experience. I recommend them highly.

    Like I said in an earlier post
    Johnathan is my go to guy when it comes
    To a fast and very reasonable turnaround
    He has a way with people that makes you feel comfortable knowing he is doing his best to look out for you and his company
    I have him on another project for me and I promise he will perform his job as well if not better than the first project
    It’s hard these days for people in business to be upfront with you
    He may make you upset with his offer
    But if you stand back and think it through he is usually right

    Very professional great work ethics
    They do exactly as they say
    They do not pressure you or ask you to make changes unless it is beneficial to you
    They communicate very well answer texts and always return your call asap
    Their outlook is a positive one
    To sum it up I could not have dealt with an agent on this project they brought Eve to the table day one and followed through exactly as
    He said he would
    I can only say from my own experience that they have this down pat
    As a matter of fact I have several more projects I am about to start and they are going with me all the way
    Wouldn’t even think of making any changes by using a different company
    My agent is part of my team now

    So glad we used Pro Source to purchase our Mom's home. We did not want to put her property on the market knowing it would need some repairs. As promised,Michael and his team looked at the property and gave us a fair offer on the home "as is". We received an offer in the range we were looking for. Kudos also to Laurie who followed up and kept us informed on the closing process.(which went quite smoothly). Highly recommend.

    I could not have been more pleased with my business transaction with ProSource. They handled buying my property as they promised and they attended to all the details with the closing. My total payment due at closing was under $110.

    I highly recommend Prosource Home Buyers! The sale process was seamless from start to finish. I enjoyed working with **** ******** *** ****** *******; They were professional, knowledgeable, sensitive to my situation, and efficient. Communication was excellent and they offered a very fair price for my father’s home. The experience was so refreshing after haggling with realtors and buyers for eight months. I did not have to worry about repairs, closing costs or commission fees, and was able to walk stress free out of closing with a check. I would definitely do business with them again!
