I purchased a 28 day burn boot camp plan on it around January 26, 2022 in Johnson City TN burn boot camp. I completed 3 work outs, then tested positive for covid a day later as well as bronchitis. I called the camp and explained that I was really sick and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to continue and inquired about a refund. I was told no refund but could extend my my plan 14 days. The problem is, I'm almost 52 and covid effects everyone differently, some have mild symptoms others end up on ventilators. These are intense workouts, I don't want to push myself after I'm in the clear of covid. I can't look into the future and know if I'm going to be able to take advantage of an extended 14 days. Many people are long haulers with symptoms for months. The issue I'm having is, the dark haired older woman told us (me and my daughter)that after 3 days, if the camp wasn't working out, we could get a refund. My daughter never went back after 1 class, she's being devoted refund as well as myself. These folks are uncompassionate and just don't care. There are no temperature checks going on at this location either.
