We bought a catnapper Sofa and Love seat spent more than I wanted but was convince this product was good. My husband says he can't sit on the onesie of the sofa anymore because the cushion is wore out. I contact this company and they asked for a picture of the tags under neath the couch and they didnt get back with me. We also found a broken board in in the back of the couch. And in between the two seats is a big gap. I'm very disappointed in catnapper.

Worst purchase ever! I bought a catnapper lift chair in November 2023 for my 87 year old mother. It started creaking loudly and moving side to side when lifting. I contacted the dealer **** ***** ********* in Bristol Tn in October 2024 before the warranty ran out. They would not help, kept saying the representative never got back with them. They said they would come check it out but never showed up. I called them 4 times with the same result. In February of 2025 I contacted Jackson furniture. They contacted me and I sent them video of what the chair was doing. They contacted me back February 27th and said they would have the engineers look at the videoand let me know. I have tried to contact them via email and text message and have had no response. I paid $1200 for a chair that sounds like a thrashing machine and moves side to side when lifting. Poor quality and poor customer service. Will never buy from this company again.

Terrible furniture. Dream home with a big living room? Check. Huge comfy sectional couch to enjoy with friends and family? Check. ... Or so i thought. This couch was junk. It wasn't even as comfy or sturdy as the one i sat on in the ***** furniture showroom. That store has a terrible business with a policy that I couldn't return it since the feet had to be screwed in. A few months in the couch showed huge signs of fatigue. Boards didn't actually break they're barely just held together by staples. About a year in this couch has loose boards poking us when we're sitting on it. Now 3 years in we've got random pieces of wood with staples falling out. Absolutely absurd. Do not buy this trash.

Originally I had help, then my check was cashed for the parts and no response back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Couch was bought from ******** *********, and I have let them know they should not be selling their product after reading all reviews on them. Jackson Furniture cashed my check, sent 5 wrong motors even though they have videos, images part numbers, and now will not respond. I would strongly suggest reading others comments. I am now out an italian leather Catnapper couch that is only 2 years old.

I bought a Jackson Catnapper couch in May 2023. Seams came apart and Jackson will not warranty it because it is a few weeks out of warranty. Which it tore up before the year warranty, but the local store shut down and I was having to deal with *** supply. Finally *** sent me to Jackson Catnapper. Now they are telling me it is after the one year warranty. Jackson Catnapper has Poor quality and worse service. Do not recommend buying anything from them.

I purchased a recliner sofa in Feb. 2024 Within 3 months one side started sagging due to a mechanical issue. Had retailer look at it and they said they said there really nothing wrong with and that was normal (after 3 months…really) Spoke to the rep for Jackson Catnapper for the store I purchased the sofa from He was VERY VERY RUDE …He suggested that I was overweight and that was the reason for the issue with sofa ,not meeting me or seeing the sofa …I weigh 170 Having issues with the retailer also very rude and can’t get my sofa fixed or replaced Jackson Catnapper does not have customer service phone number, I talked to the rep only by chance…He happened to be at the store when I was speaking to owner of the retail store VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,!

Jackson Furniture Industries, Cleveland, TN, makes junk furniture!!! ?? In October 2022, my husband and I bought a sofa and loveseat. In just a few months, the arm of the sofa where my husband sits started to cave in!! I contacted the furniture store where we bought the sofa. Two weeks later a worker with the store came and patched up the arm with some kind of foam that hardened. He told us that the arms are made of cardboard!! About 6 months ago we noticed that the opposite end of the couch where anyone hardly sits, was completely broken off!! The fabric is the only thing that's keeping the entire end of the couch from falling off!!! ?? THIS FURNITURE IS THE WORST WE'VE EVER BOUGHT AND WE'VE BEEN MARRIED 49 YEARS!!! ???? BIG LOTS SELLS BETTER FURNITURE THAN THIS JUNK! BEWARE...THE NEXT TIME YOU BUY FURNITURE MAKE SURE IT IS NOT MADE BY JACKSON FURNITURE INDUSTRIES IN CLEVELAND, TN!!! ????????

This is the cheapest furniture I have ever had. I bought 2 reclining couches and both warped and bent at the same time. It took months for them to come out and replace the frames in each one. Now they are warped and bent again BUT now I will have to exchange them myself. The problem is they are using cheap metal from China SO remember steel is not steel. Looks like we were sold melted coat hangers and not premium steel frames in our furniture that we paid for. I can honestly say these couches that I paid almost $1,500.00 each is Dollar Tree quality. STAY away from Jackson Furniture, they are terrible and do not care about quality!!!!!!

We bought a Jackson couch in June 2022 from Leon's. We are both in our 60s, wife is 100lbs, I'm 170lbs. We noticed last year the couch was sagging and creaking. It's Feb 2024 and I opened up the couch bottom by removing fabric cover. I was horrified at what I found. The frame has come completely apart in 4 spots. The wood is thin and cheap and put together with cheap nails in tension, no glue or screws. The design is a joke. So now we have no couch and ****'s is saying we need to go to the mfg who is in the states. Don't buy Jackson furniture, it's poorly designed and it's construction is beyond poor. What a waste of money.
