    Spring seat exploded in my 7 yr old recliner . Contacted catnapper and it was only under warranty for 5 years Did offer to sell me a new seat for $110 What a deal ! I declined as I didn’t want to pay for more inferior merchandise . Will not buy from again .

    Catnapper "Leather" Power Sofa and Loveseat both began cracking and then peeling exactly 4 yrs old. Huge 2ft square piece peeled bit by bit. Hubby would sit in it and I'd have to pick pieces off him when he got up. Love the furniture itself but the fake leather is terrible. I paid 3600.00 for the set and now I cant even give it away. Contacted Catnapper and they said they'd sell me extra material and I could get it reupholstered. I'm not rich, cant afford that nor a new set of living room furniture. I am so embarrassed for anyone to see it. I would never but from them ever, ever again

    Within 4yrs of having this couch, the material has ruined. When I purchased the 3 pieces of furniture, I was told if the furniture was under a complete warranty 100%. The electric functions still work and looks brand new underneath, but the "pleather" fake leather, has flaked off and looks like trash. A total waste of money.

    Mammoth Sectional is a piece of junk at over 4k. Space between chase and couch could lose a person in it. Zippers are broken and we have resorted to taping out couch together. Contacted them multiple times with no response.

    1. Our catnapper power recliner and couch(with a recliner on each end) set has bad fabric that immediately was reported and was never repaired. We did have a technician evaluate the problem and ordered parts / materials. We received a box. When he arrived to install the fabric, he said the set of furniture needs to be replaced and didn’t install them. It was never installed. 2 years of waiting! 2. We now have sparks coming from a cable to the footrest control. The cable was routed over the steel footrest mechanism and now has exposed wires. I have photos and a video of the sparking cable. This set is now a fire hazard.

    We bought a modular "cat-napper" recliner set two years ago at ******'s. When it was delivered we immediately noticed that the padding and fill was much thinner than the showroom model. Within a year the foot rests had come off, examination showed that while the showroom piece had four bolts (two per side), spaced apart on either side of the foot rests, the one we got only had two bolts, one per side, mounted at the top of the rest, so when you pushed with your feet to sit up (we ordered the mechanical recliners, no power), it continually loosened the foot rest. Then the metal arms began bending out of line. Again, the construction was MUCH cheaper than the showroom model. We reached out for replacement parts, we were even willing to pay for them as the warranty was only good for a year. Jackson never bothered to reply or even acknowledge us. Now, only two years after buying this rather expensive modular set we have a broken mess and no help or response from Jackson. I definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing from them, or from *******s for that matter.

    I wish I could give them a zero star! I bought a whole living room suit and they delivered it in January 2021. I have never had any problems with furniture before. This is 2022 and it looks like it came from a Thrift Store. My warranty I bought when I called the thin fabric that holds the seat cushion when you recline is ripped (it’s paper thin they said oh we can’t fix it it’s normal wear and tear. I said really after one year? So I emailed Jackson Furniture, they said please send me pictures. I did and never got a response. One I shouldn’t have any problems after getting my furniture it’s only 1yr old. I had furniture that I just gave my son that’s over 10 yrs old that looks better than mine. When I got this furniture it’s the electric recline furniture I had to stuff the leg cushions because I called the furniture place where I got it they said oh there is a zipper and sometimes they don’t really stuff them a lot. So I had to order stuffing off of Amazon. I will never buy this crappy furniture again. We are going to have to buy more furniture but not Jackson Furniture!!! Please be aware this outfit it horrible!!! Omg I just read the review down below it sounds the same. Beware. Maybe all of these reviews will put this place out of business!!

    I purchased a loveseat from a retailer in the same city that catnapper is made. I financed f 2 yrs. The material was leather/mix. So about 1 year after owning the materials started coming apart at the seams. No problem send back to the retailer for repair covered 100% by warranty. After ordering the material 6 months later they finally came in (must’ve been a supply chain issue haha) so the retailer takes the chair apart and they find a very large stain inside. Like someone spilled a gallon of cola I don’t know. My wife was the only person that sat in the chair for the short time we had it in the house so we know that we did not spill anything in it. The retailer then contacted catnapper and asked that the part be covered under warranty from them. They replied no so I went ahead and paid the $85 parts. I’m writing this complaint to 1- let people and the bbb know that catnapper sells damaged goods and then don’t make any offer to take responsibility for their actions or inactions. I purchased this furniture bc I’m a local person and I purchase local goods when I can. These corrupt sales tactics are something people might find when buying items from an overseas retailer. I hope this complaint will help someone on the fence wanting to buy anything from catnapper. They don’t do people right.

    In 2017 we bought a couch and loveseat 6 months ago we heard a pop On further inspection we found that the springs had popped and the tension bars holding the couch together were inferior We contacted the company and was told they no longer use these metal bars w their couches (probably due to complaints) We were advised that these were not in stock and would need to contact a furniture repair store at our own expense The couch is unusable and the bunting on the arm also flattened. I steer clear of anything made by this company. Buyer beware Mind you we are 2 people not obese and we’re in a 2 year pandemic which at that time we were quarantined We sent pictures , receipts and received no satisfaction from this company. Like I said BUYER BEWARE

    Customer service is terrible. My parents bought 2 lift recliners in October 2021. One broke 1-2 months after delivered in early November and it took a month to get it repaired. Fast forward a few months and both chairs broke within one day of each other. My elderly parents do not have a comfortable place to sit and my dad even slept in his chair a lot due to difficulty getting in and out of bed. So now it has been a month and the parts finally came in. Can't get the repair company to come until 7/2. This is ridiculous! My dad is now coming home on hospice and has nowhere comfortable to sit. I will NEVER buy anything from Catnapper! Worst customer service I have ever seen.
