      They steal residents vehicles
      My sticker is expired but
      Its been paid since june
      I never receive my sticker
      By the dmv. I call them
      They tell me a receipt
      Has to be display!!!
      I am really piss!!!
      That place need to be
      Sued & shut down!!!!

      I would give zero stars for this place but can't. Cash only and no receipt. Shadow to say the least. Also towed my car that wasn't in a handicap parking spot. Had to give cash and my license before they even let me on the property. Not to mention when you pull up to the property its completely gated and chained closed. No clue of the actual law and just snatch peoples car. Karma will get you and I hope you see jail time. Thief.

      They threatened to tow my car due to expired tag. My registration is up-to-date but my tag was destroyed and I have not received a new one yet. My apartment complex did not call them in. Predatory towing practices and rude, shady behavior all around. Called and asked why, “we’re just doing our job.” No you’re not, you’re looking for any excuse for a cash grab. To top it all off, the sticker left on my drivers side window is nearly impossible to get off. Thanks for being useless.

      These people towed my Jeep for parking on the grass at my apartment complex, which isn’t grass it’s dirt. So they either have blind tow truck drivers, or they are just stupid.
      Also reviews should allow negative stars. These people are licensed car jackers

      They have ignored my calls to have a car removed from a handicap spot. I have 2 handicap spots to choose from & I have handicap family as well. They will not remove the truck for whatever reason. Remove your sign if you do not do your job. Waste of time

      Absolutely disgusting. They towed our vehicle for "double parking", please note that my tire was barely on the line and our apartment complex does provide us with two spaces and we have only one vehicle. So I move slightly to the side to prevent my 6 year old from hitting my neighbors car. That I can deal with. What I cannot deal with is the absolute disrespect I received when going to get my vehicle. We will start with these men looked as if they were heavily under the influence of some sort of substance. The short, overweight smart ass was very rude. I started off very cordial and tried to be polite. Until I was met with smart ass comments and rudeness. He was aggressive and condescending. I was provided with no receipt of my purchase and told we could only pay cash app or cash. To start off with if a business accepts cash app that screams shady. Then I was allowed to get my vehicle with out so much as showing my drivers license. I don't know if anyone else sees it that way but what it says to me is that anyone could show up and claim a vehicle and simply be allowed to pull off the lot with it. Learn to treat people with dignity and respect. Especially when they tried to do the same to you. Cruising an apartment complex at 3:00am with no complaints filed just screams predatory towing. Bet that driver very much enjoyed getting commission off of our hard earned money.

      Towed my vehicle from my apartment complex due to a flat tire, before they towed it I fixed the tire and didn’t think much of it. Next day my car was gone..
      After fighting with them and my apartment complex and having my apartment complex request to bring the car back because they knew it was unlawfully towed they still didn’t bring it back. After going to get my vehicle out I documented myself videoing the tire as I aired it up just to find out they had slashed my tire.. this company is a scam and I as well will be taking them to court and reporting their business for not paying taxes and being shady people, they also damaged the entire front of my car as well.
