      HORRIBLE COMPANY. Got my car towed front right infront of my home. One armed man at the gate tried to hold me and my husband hostage behind the gate after I already paid, we threaten to call the police then he opened the gate. Shady Individuals, would only take 'cash only' but sends me a electronic receipt. This company continuously return to my complex having a free for all taking as many cars they could get within one day. Seems like the complex is in on it, they have a scam going on swindling people out of money. How can you double park in your OWN two parking spots. Complex have no signs, notices or warning. Over priced, rude, disrespectful pitiful company. Should be put out of business. This company is full of criminals.

      They have a contract with my apartment complex. Barely double park and charged me $315 to get my car. Price gouging and over charging . I get you have to charge a tow fee but that's borderline criminal

      They’re overcharging and adding fees to the tow bill that’s not supposed to be on there like fees of using a tow Dooley when a tow Dooley wasn’t even used and and a gate fee when my vehicle was picked up during the hours they were at the lot.

      My car was towed from my complex, I called them at 12pm there sign says open 24/7 when I spoke with the representative she stated she would not be at the facility until 5pm that evening. I called before I came because I was running late and she informed me she was leaving at 5:15pm. It is very disgusting that I had to wait five hours and she couldnt even wait 5 minutes. Extremely distasteful, lack of empathy. Just disgusting.

      This company placed a big ugly green sticker on my vehicle for expired tags. I’ve paid my registration fees months ago but never gotten the sticker in the mail. Now I can’t get the sticker off my car completely.

      Illegal practices - they are required by SC ordinance to be available 24/7 pick up if towed non-consensually. Explained this to the man on the phone many times, he repeated himself every time, hoping I would give up and pay him extra. reported to the AG and will report my car stolen

      Where I live, we have to have a permit to park there. I have had a valid permit since may 2023, and it’s set to expire on may of 2024.
      I recently got new plates for my vehicle and I updated my information on my permit. In n out towing refused to acknowledge my permit (which is for my vehicle they towed) and forced me to pay $230 cash to get my vehicle back. For one: a tow cost $130 normally, at least in this area. 2. The company had no reason to tow my vehicle even as I presented proof. The company was unprofessional and threatened to cause me physical harm, and also threatened to personally keep my vehicle after payment.

      After getting the police involved they gave me my vehicle back after illegally forcing payment even after having proof

      Needs to be a zero star review! This company is a crock of crap. They need to be shut down. They towed my car for having two wheels parked on the grass and the other two on the side of the road. We weren't parked up in the yard like the neighbor. We aren't even from the area anymore. There wasn't any warning just snatched our car in the middle of the night. Ruthless company who only wants cash to get the vehicle back. What goes around comes around!

      This company is a scam and they are towing cars while charging crazy prices to get your vehicle back. The catch is cash only because they know the business they’re doing is a FRAUD
