On 5/5/25 my vehicle was towed improperly causing nearly 5 grand in damage due to rear differential being damaged.
They originally told me 315 to release to vehicle to me, the second guy told me 250 which I paid. As I walked to the car to leave he stopped me, demanded me off the property unless I paid an additional 315$

Car was not parked in a legal handicap spot. Reviewed the policy from the complex and contacted them. I have a recording of them stating that I wasn’t in the wrong and had to dispute it with the company. The company acknowledged the issue and stated there was nothing they could do. Then when approached stated the original offence wasn’t for this but another issue which was bogus as well. They towed me not once but twice! They towed my car, dated Dec 10, 2024, illegally, telling me and my apartment complex that I was parked on the grass. It was not parked on the grass. I then notified them to contact my lien holder, and they proceeded to say, "How are we supposed to know who the lien holder is." my lien holder informed me on Dec 19, 2024, that this company told them that my car was parked on private property a place where I live. i parked in my parking space. I then called Summerville police in which they stated the same thing. So they lied about why they took my car.Initial Complaint

They towed my vehicle out of my driveway, then told me they didn’t have my vehicle and it wasn’t towed by them. I have a gps tracker on it that took me straight to their business where my vehicle was sitting at their front door inside their pad locked gate. They then changed their story saying my maintenance man told them to take that vehicle. I own my property, we have no maintenance man. They admitted “mistakes can be made” and proceeded to call the manager where he very rudely informed them that they don’t need a reason to tow the vehicle and it would be $230 to get it back. I work at a ******** in Summerville and came out to them towing my truck in a matter of five minutes while I was picking up delivery order. The space I parked in is adjacent to our store next to a fence for America's pawn that we park in all the time. The pawn shop was closed at the to e and the space is not labeled as a tow zone. The lot in front of the pawn shop is buy the sign is in front of that lot and In no way indicates the space I was in. Also it is a public lot in a strip malle the pawn shop does not own the property.Initial Complaint

July 4,2024 & June 25, 2024
On June 25 I had to pay 230 and July 4 280 all because they illegally towed my car from the ***** ***** on Northside Drive where I stay at and have been staying here for months. The owner of the hotel did not call to have my car towed he even told the police that he doesn’t have a tow policy and that my car should have not been towed and that the security guard that work here didn’t not have it towed. They could not give the police deposition paperwork for the call that was supposed made to have my car towed. My car is legal with tags and insurance it’s not disable because I drove it from there lot which is the reason they claimed they towed it the first time and the second time they claimed it was an abandoned vehicle. Now I’m staying at this hotel how is my vehicle abandoned and it was moved to a different spot in the parking lot so how is it disable. Even the police said that this tow company is know for shady stuff. So now I’m responsible for getting my car a second time within a week’s time. This place is just towing my car for no reason besides to just keep getting money and I was told the only way to get my money back will be to take them to civil court by then I would have lost the car cause I’m not going to be able to handle the fees. I shouldn’t even have to pay to get my car back because I stay where they towed it from and the manager have no say so about it. This kind of business needs to be shut down there is no telling how many other people they does this too. They also refuse to provide me with a receipt for the tow or anything. North Charleston police was called and they are filing a complaint against the tow company also. Officer ***** is handling the investigation.Initial Complaint

I asked to get into my car to get my medication that i need to live like my inhaler that I need to breath and without it i would have an asthma attack he tried to charge me 30 dollars to get into my car and I didn’t even get to see my car before I paid and would not let me talk to a boss or anything he just wanted money because he was money hungry and took advantage of me because I was a girl
