      Sat 13th past 11pm my car was parked in the spot on the left of the handicap there was s car on the handicap and the motor cycle was there i was parked close to the line and was told it is not illegal to park on the line or to even take up 2 spots that is was just rude but i didnt take ip 2 spots i parked next to all the other cars that were shifted to the left i really feel they took my car fraudulantly and i know how and where i parked becaise i have a hard time parking straight in and my boyfriend makes fun of me so i make sure i dont give him reason to its just joking around say guys park better but it makes me check my parking i havent pucked io my car because i thought my son had it so it was fairly late evening when i found out it was towed. I cant believe this company has been stealing cars for so.long and no one has stopped them. They stole it saturday its tuesday and theres nothing i can do but pay and take them to small claims. The only thing i can guess is they got some official in their pocket protecting them because for the life if me with all these complaints this company is still allowed disrupt peoples lives ans steal wgat ever amount of mo ey they feel like taking that job its strsight ip corrupt and they act like its jyst fine to rob people as long as thet can get away with it these people are the type of people thats destroying trust in the legal system

      They still have my car. They are adding storage fees and I was not parked illegally. Im.missing doctor appointments. I lost my husband my house.my daughter 3 cats everything I own at a storage place. I really wasn't prepared to pay a large ransom because a tow company came and stole my vehicle. I just took a title loan out in it last month and I'm nit paying any loan f I r a car I longer have. I don't know anyone from here so I have no transportation . I can't even so anything you try and get my car back that shouldn't have been taken thNk I o I

      On 3/27 at 6:00 pm i arrived home to no parking spots, multiple cars that are not registered or allowed on the property were parked in MY area. I parked my vehicle in the back where I’ve ALWAYS parked when there are no spaces. I wake up at 8:50 am to my car being gone. I was never notified, no email, no phone call, no knock on the door that my vehicle was towed away. My vehicle was targeted by this company for no reason what so ever, if there are multiple cars not allowed on the property, why was mine towed and no one else? This company is disgusting and now saying I need to pay $350 to get my car back and an additional $250 will be added if it’s not picked up in 4 days. I will be filing a court case against this trash company

      Have been parking in the same place the past year so have plenty others in my apartment complex and there’s no signs stating my car will be towed if I park there now they want $315 and my car hasn’t been there for even 24 hours I’m just now trying to leave my house and I guess they close at 6:30 pm so that left me 15 minutes to get to the business which is impossible so I have no idea if it’s going to be more than the $315 because they are keeping it overnight again feel like this is a scam and I’ve never had to pay this much for a not even at the time 24 hours tow this is ridiculous

      Driver towed my vehicle for being parked over the white line. A neighbor knocked on my door at 330am and told me my truck was being towed. I got in my husband’s truck and went to find the tow truck. It was stopped at the stop sign of the apartment complex. He told me it would be $175 to drop my truck. I paid and he refused to give me a receipt and give me his contact information. He refused to tell me who told him to tow my vehicle.

      My car was illegally towed from my apartment complex @4am on 1/19/24 Employees are very rude!!! I had to pay $230 for me to get it back!! Definitely going to smalls claims court. They were also fired on the spot by my apartment complex for illegal towing. Very shady stay away from this buisness

      I bought a new car on Saturday 10/21/23. This company drove into the complex without any calls from the facility and towed my car without reason. They said they were looking for a sticker and didn't see one. I just got the car on Saturday the office was closed.

      This is scam to take peoples money. They could clearly see I have temporary plates.

      As you can see on the attached I did not sign this receipt. They only accept cash because they know this is a scam and they are crooks. There are so many complaints on here I don't know why there hasn't been an attorney hired to look into this shady business.

      I want a full refund sent to me for this.

      They stole my car because I parked on the curve in my neighborhood because there was no other place to park , so I called them and they said it would be 315$ so even though I’m upset I had no problem I drove to there location to pick my car up and when I got there they said I had to wait until 10:30 , I don’t why they wouldn’t have told me that in the first place and not to mention it is pouring down raining and my windows in my car was cracked all night the had no respect for my car and hopefully they didn’t damage my vehicle the lady on the phone was so disrespectful I literally could but her head off
