I spoke with a representative this morning which I normally never do but I had to reach out and speak with a representative because the online site was down. The representative was extremely condescending and hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking. I'm disgusted and shame on you all for treating your customers with such disgusting service. I'll be moving my loan elsewhere.

I have never been late on a single payment in 5yrs. I called to request a grace ****** of a couple days to avoid my credit report being hit. I was in ** due to death in the family. The gentleman I spoke with documented the conversation and said I was granted a grace ****** because I had never missed a payment. I could've and would've paid then and there if I had known ServiceMac was going to hit my credit report regardless of the "grace ******". When I disputed it they basically said "The payment was late". I paid in full 7 days after the phone call and the gentleman who gave me the fictional extension said I had 11 days to pay. It made a bad situation worse at a very difficult time. I wish I had just paid rather then take the word of a ServiceMac employee.
