    The website is horrible to use. You can not login-in to view your loan or make a payment. This company is a nightmare to deal with. This is by far the worst mortgage that I have ever had to use. I hope my load get sold so I can dump this company.

    This Mortgage Company *****. It's a money game. Charges you outrageous fees and talk to several people and they don't put it on the file.. contacting my lawyer.

    This company has been my worst nightmare first I got a letter saying that I did not have insurance so they bought me insurance but I did have insurance then they redone my escrow and said that I was below and now I will have to pay them $200 and something more dollars a month I've been doing that for 6 months I changed insurance companies and then they had me down for two insurance companies after that then I thought I got that straight but they redid my escrow again and now I have to pay $505 more a month for the next year or $300 a month for the next 48 months that is more money than I can afford right now I don't know what to do

Regrettably, with both outreach attempts the voicemail box was full and we were unable to leave a message. The full amount of the lender placed insurance was refunded to your escrow account on October 5, 2023. You obtained a new homeowner's insurance policy and the amount of $2,980.07 was paid from the escrow account. Since you changed insurance companies, the prior insurance company should have refunded the unused policy amount directly to you, as the homeowner. The refund can be deposited to the escrow account to reduce the escrow shortage. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at **************************************

    I have been a homeowner for over 20 years, and I have never ever dealt with a worse mortgage company! They got my escrow so messed up and charging me service charges and late fees, when my payments werent late! They put my payment in unapplied because they changed my payment amount, when it shouldnt have been changed. I tried to pay the shortage of escrow, but somehow mysteriously the payment doesnt make it there. I canceled the check then they charge me for a check fee when they finally find the payment a month later. Anytime extra payments are made to them, somehow they never get there on time. Reading previous reviews. It seems that Im not the only person who has an issue with this company. Stay away if you can.

    I just got a letter from this company today telling me they would be buying home owner insurance for me because they claim my home to be uninsured. I HAVE insurance. I hope this isn't the beginning of a bad relationship. I will not pay them for a mistake that they made.

    This company should not ever use the word service. I have no choice having to work with the company and twice I have had the worst service ever. They give you lip service act like they don't know what you are talking about and do nothing to help you. All of a sudden they want me to pay an additional seven hundred dollars a month on may mortgage due to mismanagement of escrow and they take no responsibility. If you don't have to work with the company, DON'T!

    Been looking for an answer to why my escrow shot up nearly $300 a month been on the phone and email for months with no real answer. Was told by a customer service associate I didnt have insurance and I did this company is horrible and should not be alllowed to operate this way. I had someone call me last week and said they would follow up still no answer this is unacceptable. People work too hard to be treated this way with their money.

    I was told to fill out a recast application because I sold my old house and was putting that towards my new home. Their process for recast is ridiculous; you have to request the documentation, which takes 2 weeks to get to you, and then after filing the recast, it takes them 60 days to process so they can milk you for 2 additional months of interest. After filing the recast, they send you an email to confirm that you have filed it, and that it takes ***** days to process. What they DON'T tell you is when they need additional information or the funds to be wired, and they just cancel the application without telling you. Again, no communication of this, they let you assume the application is still under the 60 day review without telling you it was canceled. I had assumed (due to their poor communication on the application) that I would wire them the money once they approve the application and ask for it, but apparently I have to wire them them recast amount BEFORE submitting the application. So, I'm supposed to send them money on a whim hoping that they actually accept the application and don't just deny it while they have my money. The person on the phone was not helpful at all, and basically blamed me for not calling in sooner (again, why would I? I had received no communication that there was a problem). Be concerned if your mortgage gets transferred to this company; they do not care about their customers.

We reviewed your loan several times from the receipt of the signed recast application and as of late January ****, we did not receive the principal curtailment and withdrew your request.
