    I don't know where to start. I purchased a vehicle from Stokes that was advertised on their website. I made an appointment to come look at the vehicle. When I arrived, they tried to show me a different vehicle. Then, they couldn't locate the correct vehicle. When they located the correct vehicle, they had to pick it up from Stokes Toyota.Long story short, I needed a reliable vehicle as a single mom and don't know much about cars. This is by far the absolute worst vehicle I have ever purchased. Shame on Stokes Honda for selling a vehicle in such poor unsatisfactory condition.1)The steering wheel has no air bag 2)The front bumper was zip tied on. It actually fell off completely on ****************. I took the bumper to Stokes Honda to have them replace it. Spoke to the manager at the time. He offered to have it fixed by zip tying it back on with a car doctor they use for repairs.3)The heat didn't work. I didn't find that out until it was cold, and I had to make a long trip.4) The radiator had a leak it. It was clogged and needed to be flushed 5)No lining underneath the vehicle 6)No bumper supports, no air bag sensor on the front bumper.7) The rear passenger seat belt buckles were missing/broken. While I waited, I asked to speak to the manager ************************* about all my concerns and, more importantly, my safety and my daughters safety. I made a proposition for him to purchase the vehicle from me. Of course, I get a low ball response. I was even willing to lose a little money on it.Quote from *************************, " he would have never allowed the vehicle to leave the lot in this state." Again, who am I, just someone stuck with a vehicle, paying way too much for it, and can't sell it until I put MORE money into it and make it a safe vehicle for someone else to drive.NEVER ONCE DID MANAGEMENT OR STAFF OFFER TO FIX THE *** TO SAFEY STANDARDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU THOROUGHLY LOOK OVER A VEHICLE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.They don't deserve 1 star.

    They are some rip-off. They sell in vehicles that they do not do a full inspection on.

    Stokes Honda did complete a new sale with ************** and traded the vehicle in question back from her. This transaction was completed on January 17, 2024 and she no longer owns the vehicle in question. It is always our focus to take care of our customers and come to an agreeable resolution. ************** is happy with her situation and we thank her for business.
