      I purchased a subscription prepaid in ***2022. It’s *** 2023 and there has been no communication since I received a notice that my package was ready for shipment. according to the shipping service Sendle they are waiting on the company. I emailed the company approximately 3 times over the last month and a half, sent messages to social media accounts for them, and left comments in hopes they would reply. There has been no reply. There has been no activity on any of the pages in over 2 months.

      I emailed the company to tell them, that I would like to cancel my subscription. Entirely. All completely canceled. I used concise words. They replied and said they were sorry to see me go. Additionally they were supposed to send me a box as part of my three month subscription plan, and assured me it would be sent out. That was in ******* 2022. By ******* 2023, I had not received the box, but more importantly I was charged the amount roughly $160 for the subscription I had canceled months previously. I emailed them immediately, asking for a refund and about my missing box, they did not reply. I reached out a second time on ********, and got no reply again. I have not received my refund. I am seeking my refund as my subscription was clearly canceled and acknowledged months before my charge. They will not acknowledge, please help! Thank you.

      On ******** ******* I placed an order worth $104 for two date night boxes. My card was charged that day *** **** for the purchase. About a week later I received an email saying the package had shipped with a tracking number. When trying to click on the tracking number it didn't take me anywhere. I reached out to the company last week via email and on their Instagram page. I just sent another follow up email today. I am not the only person that was charged and never received a package. On their Instagram page their are many upset individuals in that same situation as me. Im looking for my package to be delivered as it was a Christmas gift. If they cannot deliver the package then I expect a full refund. Thank you for your assistance!

      Last July, I subscribed for a 6 month Date Night In box subscription with a gift certificate. I received the first box with no problems, but reached out to the customer service email when my second box didn’t arrive in August. After an excuse about the mailing service they use screwing up and providing an alternative address, I received August’s box. Surprisingly (after giving an alternative address to deliver to), I never received the 4 boxes that were supposed to be delivered for September - December. I did, however, receive gifts that I bought for Christmas from their shop without a problem to the original address on file. Then, in January, I received an email that my 6 month subscription was renewed. I never opted in for auto-renew. I didn’t even have payment on file until I purchased the two gifts from their shop since I purchased the original subscription with a gift card. I reached out to their customer service email to get a refund and they never responded. I’ve followed up to the customer service email with a second email and still haven’t gotten a response. In addition to not authorizing the auto-renewal, I refuse to pay for goods and services on a second subscription when I never received the goods and services from the original subscription.

      I placed an order on ******** for 2 boxes to arrive for Christmas. Total amount was $125.97. I emailed the company on ******* seeking an update. They responded saying it was mailed out on ******** but according to tracking and the tracking company sendle it was never dropped off. I have reach out to the company on several occasion via email, Facebook and Instagram and no one is providing me an accurate update or even responding to my emails. I feel so violated and scammed by this company. I wish to open a case and have my money refunded. I have provided uploads of my emails and tracking status

      Ordered 2 boxes from this company ($111) on *** ***** Got a tracking number for Sendle - never updated. Emailed the company 6x and have yet to receive a reply. Looking at comments on Instagram has reassured me that my money is gone and I’ll never get these packages.

      On ******** 16, 2022 I placed an order for $809.90 worth of product. On ******** 19,2022 I received an email with a tracking number through ******. 48 hours later there had been no movement in the package. I contacted ****** who told me the package had never been received by them. I reached out to the company and they sent an email stating that they were out of the office until ******* 4 for the holidays. I have had no follow up now that they are back in spite of sending additional emails. They have no contact phone number. This is an over $800 order so I either want the merchandise or I want my money back!! They have made no attempt To contact me or remedy this is any way at all!!

      I ordered 3 date night in boxes for Christmas gifts and never received them. This seller provides no phone number to contact them and all of my emails have been undeliverable to the email address listed on my orde confirmation. When I put in the tracking number provided by this company, no tracking information has been entered since ******** 12th. I’m insanely frustrated. Where is my order?

      I placed my order for 7 night in boxes on ******** ***** 2022 - Order #********** placed on *** ** 2022. Total amount of this order was $370.93, with $70 s/h for a total of $440.93. On ********, I received an email indicating that my order shipped and was given a ‘******’ tracking number. *******. To this day *********) the ****** site shows that they’re still waiting for this package. I tried emailing this company and emails were bounced back. I attempted to contact them via ******** and ********** and haven’t heard back. I called the number listed here for them, and didn’t get an answer. This order contained what I thought would be great Christmas gifts for my adult nieces and nephews. I’m now left with nothing to give them. It’s my belief that they never intended to fill this order. Fraudulent, dishonest company. I want a refund of my shipping charged and I want my packages/boxes delivered before the end of the year.

      I paid for a 3 month subscription in ****** and never received any of the boxes. I was charged for a auto renew in ********. There is no phone number on the website to call and all the emails I have sent come back saying they cannot be delivered to the companies email. All I want from the company at this point is to stop charging my card although a refund would be nice.

Our domain email ******************************** is no longer valid and we have changed the email to **********************************. We recently filled Mr. *******'s order for one-time boxes and his account shows as canceled. The confirmation of his shipments being complete can be found at this link ************************************************************************************ Additionally, if Mr. ******* would like to email us we are more than happy to provide a refund or provide boxes for his missed shipments. Our company does not offer any phone support. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/11/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I was able to make contact with the company using the new email address provided on here. Using the link to see shipments showed the one time box shipped but never any of the three month subscription boxes. I was able to be refunded the money for the second charge for a three month shipment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
