      How embarrassing that Caremark is honestly this bad. It's truly not a benefit if your company offers Caremark/Aetna. The specialty pharmacy is so bad. You can reach them and place an order but at some point your product will not ship because of some ridiculous reason. I think it is truly so these companies can generate a profit. Deny the coverage over and over and wear the patient down. SHAME ON YOU!

      If I could give a zero, I would. CVS specialty has been a nightmare to have to work with. Nobody knows whats going on. Time sensitive medications? They dont care, cant find the prior authorization that was approved weeks ago. I have no idea how they function or how anyone ends up getting their meds. Frustrating is an understatement

      Caremark service and communication is horrible. It's criminal how they string customers along. 4 times now we have waited on scripts and told its processing. The app and website are as useless as their customer service. They sit on the ***************************** for days/weeks saying it takes time. Meanwhile we completely run put of medication. Multiple calls later I'm told..... oh that's out of stick. UNREAL! Why don't they communicate that. They should not even be in business.

      I have been trying to get my son's prescription for over two months and still don't have it. Went in circles for weeks over insurance issues (it wasn't my insurance that was the problem... It's CVS's system!) Finally put the order in yesterday and they tell me it will arrive today. Then I get another notice that is delayed until the end of next week! When I call, they say it's arriving tomorrow... Yeah right. I asked to speak with a supervisor and sat on hold for 20 minutes to be told no one was available. What a joke of a company!!

      Caremark is the absolute worst! They have charged my bank account 2 weeks before they even attempt to fill my prescription then I get a message that they don't have the stock to fill it and I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back. This has happened 3 times and is totally unacceptable!!! Now they won't even transfer my prescriptions. Been waiting forever to get my prescriptions transferred to my local ******** Don't waste your time with this business!!!!!

      My wife had planned to get her prescription prior to leaving to her mother's house in *******. She even went as far as talking to a manager who assured her that her prescription would arrive before she left to ******* from ******** july 2, 2023. However this never happened. On to plan b. They again assured it would be to my house prior to me leaving to ******* from ******** july 7 2023.the prescription never showed up. Again they had lied to my wife and didnt even have the decency to inform her. She found out by calling cvs. My wife had discussed this with cvs about a week before she left to ******* from ******** because they didnt deliver her medication then. so the end of June. From empty promises to poor customer service. She is now relapsing because her medication is a controlled substance that she takes for a medical condition and now that we are in ******* the really only option that seems to be presented is to go to the hospital to get a prescription. All because cvs can't deliver their promise. Thanks cvs you really don't care about your customers. And dont give me your blanket statement about how you do because you dont. You even went as far as kicking her prescription out because you didn't have the medication without letting her know. In the end she spoke with several people in your company and still no results. Poor management, trash company I don't know. All I know is I've watched my wife in pain because of this company's poor customer service and lack of organization.

      The worst customer service I ever encountered period. I have to use CVS Caremark due to BCBS rules.I can't get a straight answer from CVS. They keep changing the delivery date, I was told at least twice that my medication will be arriving in few days but so far nothing was delivered. I called CVS Caremark several times and got no help. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could.

      I have had a horrible time trying to get my Wegovy refilled. The app doesnt update, representives are not informed. One of my prescriptions was even deleted out of my account. Also it took 4 weeks to get it refilled and I had to drop down to the starter level.My refill has been submitted 3 weeks ago and I it started processing the 11. I got a deliver date for the 13. So today, a day late, its tagged needing more info from my dr.This is the very worst experience I have every had with a pharmacy. I am a state employee and pay lots of $$$ for my coverage.

      Do NOT sign up for carepass. They will charge you without permission, when you try to cancel and get a refund, you'll NEVER GET A REFUND. I've been calling for 2 months after canceling online. I was met with unprofessional overseas call center. I've been hung up on by several agents numerous times. I've asked to be transfered to a supervisor and told they don't have one. I've spent hours collectively on hold. I have been given asinine information from "you never canceled" to " were refunding you, just give it one more day" to "you can't cancel online, that's impossible". Cvs does not care about its customers or how they're spoken to or disconnected by their call center.

      CVS and Aetna are the worst Insurance in the World!There is not one good thing to say about these totally incompetent people!Do not ever choose this insurance and if the company your going to work for offers this say goodbye !!!
