We are looking at our insurance card and they are telling us it's just a discount card and it takes 45 min for them to even find us in the system. Then they can't find prior Auth that was sent to our pulmonologist so my 3 yr old can get his asthma meds. They are really the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with.

CVS Caremark mailed me a letter stating I had to switch my daughter's prescription over to them in order for it to be covered by insurance. The letter claimed, "If you choose to fill at your current pharmacy or in 30-day supplies, the medications will not be covered and you'll have to pay 100 percent of the cost." I asked may daughter's doctor to call the 90-day prescription in to CVS, which they did. Then I called CVS Caremark to confirm they received the prescription. They had no record of it, they could not find an account for my daughter, and they had all around terrible customer service. I finally gave up and had the prescription refilled at my local pharmacy. The letter was completely false. I was able to refill my prescription at my local pharmacy (NOT CVS), and it was 100% covered by insurance. This is a scam to get people to transfer their prescriptions to CVS.

I have been dealing with CVS Caremark for a couple years. I had my prescription filled and discovered that it was wrong. Not my fault, not sure if it was my provider or their fault. I know it was not mine, but they told me I could not return it because I ordered it on the web from their website and I could not return it. Will never do business with them again. Instead I will be supporting local pharmacies with my h better customer service.

1 star is too much for this ridiculously horrible company. Was lied too multiple times about my prescription status, given "guarantees" that were later last min cancelled due to "out of stock" status, which come to find out was because they didn't ship it in time. Mind you this was daily shots to increase my white blood count that was at 0(due to chemotherapy), during this time frame ** this company has poor communication and can't get their s*** together, leaving very vulnerable people even more likely to get sick ** of their horrible service. They are literally the worst company I have ever experienced using. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at ALL cost!

I have spent many many phone calls trying to get my prescription figured out because they keep losing it or canceling it for some reason. Finally I talked to a lady ***** and she was extremely helpful saying I would be set for a full year with prescription delivery. But then I kept receiving phone calls from them about how it is not going to happen anymore and they cant reach my dr. I called again and they said they canceled it. What the crap!? My dr sent it in last week and they have already canceled the prescription he gave.Do NOT go with cvs retail or Caremark. Worst nightmare. I am changing my health insurance from Aetna. I with BrightHealth was still going on because I loved that instance.

Made a billing error, twice I thought was settled only to have my elderly mom turned over to **llections. Product she received 12/27/22 has been pd in full, but they are trying to **llect on a refund that was never made. Now they say burden of proof is on me even though 3 separate calls resulted in matter being settled. They treat the elderly terribly and they can ** they are assured customers due to insurance ** **ntracting with them. Horrible **

If I could give negative stars I would. It should never take ELEVEN days to get a medication to the patient. By then Ive run out and end up having to go without it every single refill. (Cant refill early due to the nature of the medication) I absolutely HATE this service and only use it because my insurance makes me. Id dump CVS Caremark in a heartbeat if I could. I CANNOT wait for the day when I can. This is the absolute worst business.

I logged onto CVS website to look for open job opportunities with one of their affliated companies. The career website offers you the option to select which of their affliated companies you would like to search for open job opportunites. Once you click the link you are directed to a webpage that occasionally loads as not secure https domain, then you are redirected to their job posting webpage. Upon trying to submit an application, you get several error messages and experience difficulty completing the application. I maded several calla to their support service. The 1st phone number routes you to an automated system and then disconnects the call. I finally spoke with a representative recently after the website was updated. Now you receive emails from Colleague Zone after submitting an application. The website asks for National ID identifiers such as drivers license or SS#. I've never had a company that hadn't made an official offer of employment request such information just to apply for open positions.

Horrible! They have always been pretty bad but this year things have gotten 10x worse. I call with issues and the agents dont know how to solve simple problems. I always have to talk to a manager and even then it doesnt always get resolved. Im often on the phone for at least an hour. They say that its too soon to fill my prescription. Is it incompetence? Is it that theyre online system ***** or both? Whatever it is, its really unacceptable. Im sure a lot of people give up or dont keep insisting to talk to the manager. It shouldnt be this hard to get medications filled! We pay so much for insurance already. Theyre scammers and need to be held accountable.
