      Deny almost everything the first time. Prescriptions cost vary from day to day. 1st for 30 pills .50 cents 2nd for 32 was $6 3rd for 20 is $16.

      If there was a way to rate at no stars I would have done it! I have MS and have had CVS for this year and the medication I am on that needs to be taken EVERY single day to ensure no flare **** I have to fight and beg and plead for. Most months they are changing the manufacturer and trying to up my copay. This month took a 2 weeks of fighting just to get my meds 4 days after I ran out. I think I only got it then because I threatened the Department of Insurance and an attorney if anything happens due to lack of medication. I did file the *** complaint and all of you should as well. Maybe it will make a difference and make this company be forced to help us.

      I recently got a letter stating that my sons' asthma medication had to be changed because there was a medication that was just as safe and effective and cost less. As I had no choice, the doctor switched the medication. The "COST EFFECTIVE" nonsense is a difference of $12 for me over the course of 90 days, so who is this medication really more cost effective for? After talking with several professions, the new medication they will cover, is LESS effective and often does not work. So the bottom line is that my sons health is less important that your bottom line. Additionally, the medication he was on previous (that works great and controls his asthma) is now available in a generic form, which CVS Caremark also will not cover. I wonder how many pockets are getting lined at the expense of my child because this medication is safer, more effective and cheaper for only one person and it is NOT my child.

      CVS Caremark is awful. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. Unfortunately, they are my prescription plan and they are forcing me to accept medication that could potentially cause my death. I have heart issues with an implanted defibrillator and the asthma medication they are forcing me to accept makes my heart race(the defibrillator is there to shock me back to life if my heart beats too fast) my doctor has me on a safe and effective medication and he should be the ONLY one to say what medications are best me and not someone trying to save a buck. DO NOT GET THIS PRESCRIPTION PLAN, IT IS CERTAIN DEATH-

      CVS Caremark (What a joke!!), ************ doesnt care one iota about the people that buy their products, I was recently taken off Aimovig for migraines, which was working great, and put on Qulipta, because they want you to try every new drug that comes out, or they get kickbacks on), the Quiipta caused me severe nausea and stomach pain, bloating, and I could not have a bowel movement no matter what I tried, I have filed three appeals and keep getting deniedCaremark, What a bunch of bullshit!!Hey Caremark, If it aint broke, dont fix it!!Your company needs to be brought into the real world, and learn what the word CARE REALLY MEANS!!I have spent more hours on the phone than I can count, and its so frustrating to tell and retell my story to every single person I talk to!!WAKE UP *** DO THINGS RIGHT!!CARE more about the people who are responsible for your paycheck, or maybe one day you will No Longer have one!!

      They have providers jumping through hoops just for a pre-authorization to receive brand vs. generic. They have lied about not receiving the paperwork from both **************** and Scripps. Then, they required the provider to call into the pre-approval line. After 30 min. on hold, my provider hung up. The providers actually have another job to do. This company does the run around only to save money. When I try to send a message through their website, it only spins. WORSE customer service and professionalism I have ever witnessed. I am petitioning for my employer to use another vendor once their contract is up. If I could give them a zero, I would.

      By far the worst prescription provider. If you are a diabetic, you will not be able to afford to fill most of your prescriptions.

      This has to stop every month we are denied medication and hung up on cant get are meds or pay absorbent cost its like a part-time job just to get our meds on the phone with the doctor the pharmacy and the CVS Caremark. It is totally ridiculous. I need somebody to call me back. The reviews are God awful we pay almost $800 a month for insurance and co-pays and everything we cannot do this anymore. What is going on here !!!!!!

      To say this company has the poorest customer service is an understatement. Store #*** has been refusing to fill a legal prescription for months, and causing both me and my prescriber to jump through unnecessary hoops. The latest incident of their refusal to fill a legal prescription put me in the hospital, and now as a result of my new diagnosis that I didn't have and I wouldn't have if CVS had done their due diligence and honored a prescription I was legally prescribed, I am out of work for 6 months until I can be cleared by a neurologist, and I can't even operate my own motor vehicle.When you attempt to call their store, you navigate a phone menu, and you have to wait on hold for an extraordinary amount of time before you get an attitude from the human being in the pharmacy that you want to talk to.When you take your complaint to their email address, they respond with a form letter (obviously prepared in advance) and "recommend" you call another number that keeps you on hold forever, but a robotic voice comes on every 30 second and tells you how important your call is to them. After hearing that 75 times, I gave up.Pharmacists and pharmacy techs employed by CVS, in my experience, embellish and abuse state and federal laws and insurance company policies. I don't think they really "care" about the lives they are affecting by taking unrighteous authority over a legal prescription and refusing to fill it. Take your prescriptions ANYWHERE else. Do NOT risk going through what I'm going through now, because they simply do not care, regardless of the response that will be below this review stating that they are committed to addressing my concerns and they'll ask me to contact another phone number that no one answers. You can only do business this way for so long before you reap what you sow.
