      Buyer beware - Bait & switch pricing. During the first week of April, I contacted AAA for a price on Auto insurance. They replied back with pricing of $3751. I signed their contract and paid this price in full. A few weeks later, I received a notice in the mail that due to AAA's "mistake" in applying a discount criteria, I owed them $660 additional payment. I had already canceled my other car insurance which was cheaper than this 'new' total price they were trying to charge me. This is clearly fraudulent practices and bait/switch pricing. I asked that this be reviewed by management and they are not honoring their original quoted price, despite the contract in place that was signed. I've been cheated and now have no choice but to pay after they baited me into this offer.

      There are only 2 selections I can make 1) accept that the case is closed or 2) reject that its closed. There is nothing to select to give the business time to investigate.  Therefore, I have selected that this response is not acceptable because the business has not done anything to resolve this complaint.

      I was stranded in an area of ******** that wasnt the safest and I called AAA and had me wait over 3.5 hours in middle night for a tow truck . I pay a higher tier and I wasnt able to receive the service needed .

      Purchased home and auto insurance from AAA Northeast. It was a problem from the beginning with just setting up the home inspection with our agent, ******* ******. Our agent had no idea what she was doing and sent us the incorrect information for over a month. We had to reach out to their 3rd party inspection compancy to find out the process had changed. We finally educated our agent on the process and fulfuilled the inspection. I have a screenshot from their *** App that shows this was completed. This started in March 2025 and was not resolved, we thought, until April 2025. We are now in July 3rd, 2025 and I recieve a check in the mail from the *** insurance for a refund telling me I overpaid for my insurance ( I paid the policy in full, upfront). Trying to find out why, I called our agent, everytime we call our agent, she is never around to answer. Now, I find out from their 1800 number that our insurance was canacled because the home inspection was never filed. I have not had home insurance since March 2025 due to this companies oversight and lack of followup or action on their policies. To know, that anything could have happened with storms and trees or fires and I have not been covered is an absolute malpractice. This is beyond unacceptabe. We never heard a word from out agent, and even today I still have not heard back from her.

      I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service I have received as a AAA customer and to request immediate action to resolve the issue.I have been member for several years and during that time, I have generally been satisfied with their services. However, recent experiences have prompted me to reconsider my association with this company.Over the past two months I have experienced several issues that have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Specifically: I used their services on April 26th and was insulted by their towing truck driver named ******. Delays or lack of response from customer service. I have submitted a formal complaint by text, email and over the phone. I have not received a follow up and hear from any representative since April 29th. Difficulty in reporting or resolving issues.I find this level of service unacceptable and not in keeping with the standards I expect from a company with a good reputation. The company policy has been misleading. I am requesting that the following actions be taken:1. A full investigation into the issues I have raised 2. To comply with policies and services 3. An apology and written acknowledgment of poor service

      We were in communication with the member on 7/10/2025: we advised the member that when the membership stated  as a "new member" with a New Member Promotion which is only available for the first year. This was reflected in our system, member received 50% off primary basic/plus annual dues but paying a monthly rate.  As of December 2024 , member had been charged the normal annual dues for a Plus membership on a monthly payment plan.

      On June 19, 2025, I requested towing services at 11 am. AAA called an hour later to confirm and inform me they were looking for a tow truck. They contacted me hourly, but my mechanics garage closed at 6 pm. At 3:45 pm, I questioned the representative about the trucks arrival and transparency, but I didnt get a clear answer. At 5 pm, they apologized and admitted they couldnt find a driver. I was frustrated that I spent a whole day waiting for service without transparency.On June 21, I made another request at 8 am. After more hours, I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said a driver arrived, but I didnt see anyone. The representative called and the supervisor informed me the driver arrived at the wrong address. Another call said a driver was on their way and would arrive in ****************************************************** contact. *** finally called an hour and a half later to inform me the driver was on his way. He arrived at 2:15 pm. My mechanic closed his shop at 12pm. I was charged $56.91 for a round trip and asked for a tip, which I paid $10. Im demanding a refund for the poor service. Having a customer wait for an extended period of time and not being truthful regarding their status is deceitful. The way *** conducts business is unacceptable!

      Sign up for AAA Defensive Driving with Fusion Certus. Have been Blocked due to security questions. The questions were accidentally answered by nephew and were wrong. I left laptop open.Almost finished with course and now *************** say I must Repurchase and start over. This literally just occurred. Moments ago.Chatted with Fusion Bot and was informed I need to repay and retake entire clas. Are you kidding?

      A AAA driver came with a flat bed to tow my car to get my brakes bleed. As he was backing the car down the flatbed i heard a scrapping sound against the bed of the truck come to find out it was my catalytic converts.. This happened because the driver was supposed to put wooden ramps to elevate the bed to avoid this issue, When i got back in my car they were damaged so badly to the point where they are vibrating my car and it will not start because the O2 sensors can not read the catalytic converter properly, Inside the catalytic converts are completely destroyed since you can hear then violently raddling. AAA sent out an adjuster and he decided that the damaged was caused by wear and tear and the situation is superficial, i have pictures and videos attached. In the pictures you can clearly see the indents on the rear of the catalytic converter which can only be caused from the car going in reverse or backing down a bed. So at the moment i'm without a car and have thousands of dollars worth of damage that i can not afford.

      This is confirmation that this complaint is not closed and I am not satisfied, I would like *** to know they need to take responsibility for their actions. I have a car that was in perfect working order until they damaged my catalytic converters and ruined the internals. Now I don't have transportation and I'm left with thousands of dollars in damage. Please have them mediate this situation and finally find out what their reasoning is for denying responsibility.

      I am filing this complaint regarding AAA Travel . I booked **************** tickets for my children and family through ***, and they incorrectly entered the last name as *** instead of the correct legal name ********, which was updated through a court order over 2 years ago. I provided the correct legal name at the time of booking, and AAA admitted this was their error. However, they are now refusing to correct the ticket or reissue it in the correct name. They corrected the name on the cruise at no cost and no issue but not the airfare which was booked together by ***. This has placed my children at risk of being denied boarding, especially since we are flying internationally with *** within 7 days June 25th, 2025. I have contacted *** multiple times and requested that they fix their mistake or cover the costs to rebook, but they are refusing to take responsibility. This is unacceptable and unethical. I also contacted *************** and ************ and they both have stated it is in the hands of *** to fix. *** stated the fee to correction the name $80 + $65 per person. *** stated $1200 & $4100 for a name correction to be done by them. I have sent multiple emails to member relations and gotten no response. I am seeking either:A corrected ticket issued at no cost A full refund so I can rebook directly with the airline Please let me know how this can be resolved. I can provide supporting documents, including the booking confirmation and legal name change order.

      I contacted AAA 5 times this month out of the 5 times I contacted them I only used 3 gas services the other two times I cancelled the first time I was on the highway out of gas and they told me that they not able to provide gas on the highway so that service I never used I had to walk an hour to gas station to get my own the other time I cancelled because they wanted me to wait 3 hours for gas so I called them back and told them to cancel over the phone and the man said he would cancel I tried to get my last 4th free service today and they told me I would have to pay 100 even through I only used 3 out of my 4 services which is a Scam they scamming people whats the point of me paying if I cant use all my 4 services I only used 3 the other two I canceled so why charge me for my 4th free time I want a refund or my 4th free service

      On Monday, June 2, 2025, a customer of AAA's ********************** was illegally parking at my place of employment and backed into and hit my car, which was legally parked. The customer did not remain at the scene or call police, instead leaving proof on insurance on my windshield. I filed a claim on Wednesday, June 4 with AAA insurance for damage to my vehicle caused by the AAA customer's vehicle. I gave information about the body shop where my car was located and was informed that the claims adjuster would be out within the next few days to take a look at my ********* I contacted *** and spoke with the claims adjuster, ***** ********, who informed me that my car had not been looked at because it "had been moved". I asked why my car would have been moved and where it was moved to. He said he had contacted the tow company, who informed him that my car was taken to a body ******* car was towed to ****** Body Shop in Providence, RI on June 2 from where it had been parked when it was backed into. I had informed the adjuster that this was where my car was located. When I contacted the body shop, I was informed that an appraiser will be out to look at it on June 25.I do not understand why I have to wait over 3 weeks just to have my car looked at so repairs can start. Now I will not have my car until the end of July at the earliest when I was hoping to have it looked at by the end of last week and have it back in my possession by the beginning of July.I feel that AAA is showing favoritism to their customers, whose neglectful driving and attempt to break the law caused my car to become damaged while it was legally parked at my job.
