    I paid $179.00 for pre ***. I got to the *** office and they told me that charge has nothing to do with them. I had to pay an additional $78.00. That's what *** charges. Govplus was bogus! They did nothing for me. Don't pay that fee.

    Firstly, you mentioned that the $179 charge has nothing to do with the *** office. You are correct, the $179 is our annual subscription fee for the use of our software and exclusive line of solutions to government form filing needs, customer service if you have help and we also book your appointment for you and much more. The subscription fee of $179 gives access to our comprehensive suite of services, including *** PreCheck, access to passport renewal applications, new passport applications for lost, stolen, or damaged passports, and birth certificate applications for most US states, a change of address service with the **** and select government entities, an employer identification number, unlimited support as needed, and many other applications that are added monthly.

    In addition to our proprietary software, we offer many services that are effortless and fast to complete with accuracy and precision. Applications completed with us can be submitted with a single click, thanks to our exclusive one-click filing software. Also, we take care of all the details for you, so you dont have to bother with your own printer, checks, money orders, stamps, notary, or anything else.

    Secondly, you mentioned that you had to pay an additional $78 for your *** PreCheck. We understand how this could have caused confusion on your part, however, we specifically stated on our website that the $179 does not include any government fee. We also note that you called us on February 20th, 2023 to have your pre-screening appointment set, which we did successfully for you. In that conversation with *********, one of our phone support experts, you did not request any refund or any dissatisfaction at all.

    Even though services have already been rendered Gov+ will issue a refund in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, your account has been fully refunded on March 31st, 2023. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.

    You also mentioned that we are bogus. We want to assure you that GOV+ is a legitimate company that is fully registered according to state and local laws. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience when applying for government services. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our service. As a consumer, you have the right to go directly to the Government websites for your application or pay a fee and use our software and customer service. Gov+ has disclaimers on our home page, and every page of our website, on our terms & conditions, and before purchasing stating we are a private company and not affiliated with any state or government website.

    Specifically, at the bottom of our website landing page, and all pages on our website we clearly state:

    GovPlus is a private online software technology company not affiliated with nor endorsed by any Government or ************* We do not charge for any forms, however, we charge for use of our software in assisting you with completing the form. We are not a financial, accounting, or law firm and do not provide legal or financial advice.

    Please understand that in no way did we ever imply or state we were the Government we provide Government applications PLUS (hence the Gov+) much more.

    Lastly, you mentioned that we have done nothing for you. In fact, this statement is not accurate we provided a completed *** application as well as we have pre-enrolled you in the *** PreCheck process and completed your appointment to the *** pre-screening process which, except for the confusion with the additional government fee, has saved you hours of going through the whole application on your own. Evidently, you have called us and we have successfully completed your pre-enrollment process as well as set your *** appointment. It is easy to say after the fact one would have completed a form easily after the job is finished. However, we have honored our refund policy and you can consider the services rendered complimentary at this point.

    Since we have issued a refund we consider this matter closed. Please know that we are committed to making the process of applying for government services as seamless and stress-free as possible, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services.     Only problem, my passport has my first, middle, and married name, my driver's license has my first, maiden name, and my married last name on it and I saw no where I could list that.Otherwise, easy process.************
