In order to receive prompt, confidential and accurate assistance, we kindly request you to revisit our official support page at ******************************************* or contact us directly at ********************************* Our dedicated and knowledgeable customer support representatives will be pleased to assist you again.
We appreciate the opportunity to address each of your concerns thoroughly and in a systematic manner. Firstly, we acknowledge the duplicate charges of $57, and we took immediate action to rectify the issue via a refund processed. One of the charges was promptly identified as a duplicate and processed for a refund on July 14th. You were sent a receipt for the refund, and we were pleased to see that you acknowledged it a few hours later.
Regarding your *** PreCheck renewal application, we did attempt to reach out to you on the same day via email. However, due to a lack of available records using the information provided, we understand the confusion that *** have arisen. You communicated that it had been years since you had Global Entry and *** PreCheck, and you and your husband were applying for these services in conjunction with your passport application.
As for your passport application, we acknowledged the receipt of your submitted passport photo. However, we also advised you to reupload another photo as the previous one did not meet the necessary criteria (photo taken from too far away). We can not issue a packet to you with an unacceptable passport photograph as we know it will be rejected, and this is part of our job to insure for you.
On July 24th, you contacted our phone support to express your concerns about the charges. Our agent promptly addressed each concern and assured you that the duplicate charge had been refunded, and the remaining applications were actively being processed. During the conversation, you also brought up the issue with your passport photo, and the agent asked for your preference on how to proceed. After discussing the matter, you decided not to proceed with the Lost Passport application and opted to apply independently. We immediately canceled your lost passport application. In summary refunds for $57 and $165 were processed during this phone call. As per standard procedure, you were sent email confirmations for the refund receipts at approximately 4:22 PM EST, and we noted that you opened them promptly. Furthermore, you confirmed your decision to proceed with the *** Renewal application during the call.Moving forward, we urge you to utilize the dedicated GOV+ support channels for any inquiries or issues you *** encounter. By reaching out to us through these official channels, we can promptly and effectively assist you while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Doing so also eliminates the need for public reviews, sparing you any potential inconvenience from public disclosures and ensuring that all communication remains confidential.
We have made repeated attempts to contact you to determine if you wish to proceed with a new *** application or cancel and refund your *** renewal in the amount of $97. There was no status found under the information you have provided for your renewal application. You might have used a different email address and phone number for *** PreCheck or it was an entirely different membership, like Global Entry. Because we have not heard back at all and it has been over a month, we regret that we cannot process an application with incomplete information. We have issued you a full refund of $97 this date August 14th 2023. You have now been refunded in full for all charges made with our website.
We believe that we have addressed your concerns and provided you with the update and information you needed. With this, we consider this matter to be fully resolved.
