On September 8, 2025, an order for **** digestive supplements was placed that I did not authorize as I never intended to complete the transaction, nor did I realize the order had been processed until after I received a confirmation email that a 6 pack order for $255.64 had been placed. I immediately contacted customer service at ******************** as well as ******************************* numerous times to request cancelation of the shipment and a full refund for the order. I also tried calling their customer service phone number **************** and was told by an automated response they only communicate via email. As instructed on their website, I filled out a refund request form. Much like the other numerous complaints about this company, I am a victim of fraudulent business practices and bait and switch tactics. This company needs to be investigated.Business Response

I ordered **** today for $159.86. my son told me to check them out so I went to a website and read all the complaints. The product doesnt work like they say. Also they claim you cant purchase the product at ******. Well you can buy it at ******, ******* and several other places. Its less money and you can return at the store. I fell asleep watching a vid on a product from Konscious Keto company when I clicked on it to view it it ordered the product for me and signed me up for a subscription. Only an email not a phone number to call the company to cancel it. I wrote them and said I would have only ordered one of each product that would have been around ****** and they put in 3 separate orders. I wasnt trying to order when I clicked on the item to view it it said order has been sent. I had auto fill on my browser. I called the only number I found and it was for a gift card for ****** I told him I didnt want the product or the 100 gift card and had to hang up because he claimed it was only for gift cards. I called my credit card and they informed me not only was the charges pending for 3 different products but that they signed me up to keep billing me. I was told I have to wait for the charge to go through and then I can dispute it and if they try to bill me again a 4th time then we can block it, just cancelling my card wouldnt prevent them from rebilling. I told the gift card guy at the company to give me customer service he said he couldnt. I just wanted the transaction cancelled before they even try to ship it. I literally called 5 min later once I found any number for the company. At this point I have to wait for 3 days to even have the charge post before my credit card can do anything. I dont trust this company at all. Even the email I sent to Konscious LLC trying to explain even if i wanted their product I would never order ****************************************************************************************** the company number. Im disputing it cancelling my card and if they send me somehting returning it and blocking them with my card. DONT use AUTO fill online and make sure they cant auto bill you. I requested to be removed from auto shipping. I never signed up for any subscription and have had to make several calls to my credit card just to deal with this situation. They sent me 750 dollars worth of items and I make 901 a month. I cant afford auto ship, let alone the product. Im not going to rehash this with them. I am just paying my card so its not going into delinquency, but if this company doesnt stop their auto shipments and disenroll me from their subscription, I NEVER AGREED TO!! Their bankrupting me. I cant be left with151.00 a month to live on YES &151.00 . Thats all that i would have left if this doesnt get removed. My ins to ******** is already 198. I will lose my medical too. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR **** LIST STOP BILLING. I spoke to my credit card last night they said I have done all I can do at this point so they red flagged this company. Until they remove the auto ship status or the subscription status i never ordered this case wont close. They did remove one of the extra charges but I still have to pay over half my check to my card, which is due now. Thanks for the partial refund. but Im still irritated with this company.. I bought **** from them. I got, accidentally, 5 months worth of product. Their cart looked like I had purchased a different amount, but perhaps that was my mistake. Since that time they have sent me emails telling me my subscription is being processed and another order is forthcoming. I have emailed back that I want my account cancelled, and have never gotten one reply to the 5 emails sent. I've tried to call, but it is not a customer service line - that is only handled via email. On June 28th, 2025, I purchased what I thought was a $37.00 bottle of ****, a digestive supplement. Immediately after the purchase, I received an order confirmation that said I was charged $312 for 8 bottles of ****. I wrote to customer service right away and even contacted my bank to put a stop on the payment thinking this was definitely a scam. My bank put a stop on it and reached out to the merchant. Meanwhile, it took a full week until I heard from customer service. On 7/5, I got an auto- reply that said my email was in a queue "awaiting response". I kept seny another email stating I had placed a stop payment and was convinced this was. ****. I then received an email from Johndy B on 7/6 offering me a 30% discount. I decline the discount and asked for a return label. On 7/9, I received a return label. On 7/14, I returned the 8 bottles and took a picture of the tracking number and sent it to Johndy in customer service. That same day, I received a letter from my bank stating they released the funds to Enclave Bioactives/ Konscious Krto after they contacted them and saw they were a legitimate company.This made sense to me and I thought once the company received my returned purchase, they'd refund my $312.00. It is now 7/21, the goods were returned, and I still haven't received a refund. I've sent three additional follow *** with no response, including an email I was going to report them to the BBB and give them bad reviews for their mishandling of this issue and lack of response.This company should be investigated for their bait and switch purchase tactics and lack of customer service.Business Response

Transaction date 7/3/2025 I meant to order oe container of this supplement to try and was tricked into order3 more because the ordering screen read "Your Order IS Not Complete" and when I clicked on the additional 3, thinking I would be taken to a confirmation page, the transaction went through. I immediately wrote the first of at least 6 emails telling the company I wanted to cancel all of the orders...didn't like their business practices for ordering and figured the product is probably a scam. On 7/5/2025 the shipping department called me to confirm the shipping address and I told them not to ship anything to me and asked them to reach out to their ordering department to make sure order was cancelled and refunded. Shipping department told me the only way they had of reaching other department was the same I had at that point tried...3 more times via the same email address I had. I subsequently sent several more emails in response to shipping confirmation email and other emails. I have not received a response fromt the company though they have shipped the product to be delivered tomorrow.I follower the refund request instructions to send product back so I would have it the moment the product arrives and have not received a response from that email address department either.The only way to reach the company is via an email address that they do not respond to, leaving unsuspecting consumers like myself stuck with products (in my case...unopened) they cannot return.
