      I placed an order and was told my order was not complete so I continued and I was deceived into purchasing additional bottles!!I emailed and called to let them know I did not want this product. I want my full refund! I was told various excuses and still have not received my refund. They want me to purchase more product!

      This company does not stand behind their 90 day, no questions asked, 100% money back satisfaction guarantee as stated on their website! They are using false advertisements! I sent back all six bottles of their supplements well before the 90 days, all of them unopened because I saw an ingredient on the back of the bottle that I'm allergic to. I followed their instructions on how to mail the bottles back. I paid through ****** and I noticed it said partial refund. They withheld 10% of my money. I've been emailing them for 3 months now trying to receive my FULL refund as promised. Their first excuse was I didn't mail it back correctly to their warehouse. I had to write back that I followed all their mail back instructions per their email and printed out the mailing labels they sent me. They wrote back with another excuse saying that they are withholding the money because of a 10% restocking fee. NO WHERE on their money back guarantee page does it state that! NOW we are emailing back and forth regarding the ingredient I'm allergic to not being listed in the ingredients on their website. What does that have to do with their statement of NO QUESTIONS ASKED!?! This has been causing me so much stress! Buyer beware of this fraudulent company!! Also, I'd like to add that the phone number they provide on their money back guarantee page takes you to a recorded message that they handle all customer service inquiries via email so there is no talking to a live person or manager.

      **** has only made my problem worse. I have contacted them by phone and email several times to return 3 unopened bottles with no response. I even signed up for their coaching hoping to get some help. ****** was contacting customer service to ask them to contact me and still no response. My first email to them was June 26, 2035 and it is now July 20, 2025 with no response. They advertise a 90 day money back guarantee but do not honor that. This is a total ****.

      Ordered product April 2025, tried it for two months and no relief was experienced as promised. Have returned the product as agreed and have not received the promised refund. I requested a refund 6/5/25 and returned the product 6/16/25. I was promised a refund and now they will not reply to my emails after acknowledging they received my return 6/23/25. Do NOT do business with this company.

      I watched the video about **** Relief and was going to order
      the 90 day supply through PayPal. At the end of the video a marketing
      popup says that a one time bonus of 9 bottles of **** Relief for a major
      discount. I then proceeded to delete the 90 day order and opted for the
      bonus offer. When I went back to PayPal it automatically charged me for
      both items. I then tried to contact **** Relief customer support
      number, but all you get is “We only review emails sent” no customer
      service response.
      I sent numerous emails to **** Relief, Konscious to stop the process and
      cancel the entire transaction. All I received back was a standard
      marketing email stating due to high volume they would reach out asap. No
      one has responded to my numerous emails for since Tuesday July 8, 2025
      through today July 11, 2025. I assume that the delay has given them
      enough time to ignore my request and now July 11,2025 I received a text
      message stating that my orders have been shipped and should receive them
      in the next few days. This is a total SCAM because you can’t get any to
      respond, their website numbers only state email messages are available
      but nothing happen other than a standard email stating “We have received
      your request but due to high volume there is a delay to reach out to
      you. I will return this package unopened and expect a full refund back
      to my PayPal account. I will never do business with this company
      again!!!

      On May 24th, I purchased Keto Activate. My attempt to contact customer service via the phone number listed on their website was unsuccessful, as the number was incorrect. Upon finding the correct number, I was met with an automated message directing me to send an email for support.On June 19th, well within the advertised 90-day money-back guarantee (and even within a 30-day window), I emailed Keto Activate to request a full refund for my purchase. It took over a week to receive a response, at which point I was offered only a 50% refund. This is unacceptable, as I was explicitly told of a 90-day full refund policy at the time of *********** has now been three weeks since my initial email, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of accessible customer supportspecifically, the inability to speak with a representative directly and the slow email response timesis incredibly frustrating and has made this return process unnecessarily difficult. I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution for a full refund.

      I accidentally ordered a supplement the price was supposed to be $39 and I was charged $68! I immediately sent an email asking for a refund I hope to do this a few times before getting an answer all i was given was a ticket number I also tried calling customer service its a recording saying there busy then I was hung up on! This also happened 3 times!! This happened on 6/28/2025

      Ive seen several reviews that put **** down for a poor purchase experience and questioned their legitimacy. My experience left me wondering if they were a scam and their response to my texts were weird but they sent a return mailing label quickly and refunded all my money quickly. Whether or not their product works I cant say but they seem to be honest and have a return policy that they abide by.

      I wouldnt leave one if there was a zero. There ordering system is a scam so you get hooked into ordering stuff you dont want. Im on a limited income and reached out to them immediately letting them know of the mistake. I get no response. I just reached out to them today and I havent heard anything. No refund for the extra ****** from my checking account. I wish I would have checked with this site before I ordered because Im probably out ******. My advice is NOT to order from this company. They are a scam and completely tricky when you try to order. ***** ******

      I purchased 3 bottles of the product and wanted to return 2 bottles. It seem that they are playing cat and mouse games with providing a return label so I can return them merchandise. My order # ********. I paid $160.23. I received so many emails that they are reviewing my request but they take 2 to 3 days to respond. Once they respond they are either asking for additional things or offering me a discount to order more.
