1 starSearch results that have no relation to the search terms and truly awful customer service. After two weeks, four emails, and two fruitless calls to customer service reps, I gave up and canceled the subscription. There was zero interest in solving the problem -- even responding to me, really -- or keeping me as a customer. They've promised a refund for the full amount; let's see if they follow through.Bold LLC

1 starI contacted flexjobs to cancel my subscription and received a confirmation from them saying that they did so. One week later, I was charged $59.95 for the subscription. I have contacted them twice to refund the charge and I have not received any reply. DO NOT TRUST this company.Bold LLC

1 starCame across this companies website by mistake and was unable to view any of the job listings unless I created an account. So I made an account by giving some personal information and upon completion was immediately brought to a page asking me to pay for a subscription. After carefully navigating out of this page I found that I could still not access the site unless I pay for the subscription, something that was never mentioned until AFTER they took my personal information.I then attempted to delete my account as well as my personal information provided to them and was denied. The company refuses to respond or acknowledge in any way my request to delete my account and data associated with it. Now here I am going through the hassle to figure out how to approach the next steps before my data is sold as there are legal rights to my understanding in which Companies are required to delete accounts and data upon request (********. Consumers Right to Delete Personal Information). Stay away from this company.Bold LLC

1 starI signed up for a paid two week trial with flexjobs.com. Toward the end of my trial I was not satisfied with their service and attempted to cancel the account. However, the site said it didnt recognize my email and wouldnt allow me to log in. This despite that email address receiving junk from flex jobs literally every morning. Since I wasnt able to log in, I was charged for a full months membership I didnt want. This led me to contacting customer support for a refund of the one month charge, who were utterly useless. They also said they couldnt find my account, so they sent me to billing, which I was told would respond in 2 to 3 days. This was almost two weeks ago, and Ive received no response, and customer service reps stopped responding to my emails. So now the account is still active, and Im set to be charged yet another months membership I dont want, and no one in their unspeakably incompetent customer service department cares to solve the issue.Bold LLC

1 starPaid for a trial only for $2.95. Their website says nothing about an auto renewal. They charged my card without my consent $24 from Nov-Dec.When I try to login to my account, it tells me there is no account attached to that email. So how are they charging my card?Place is a scam and needs to be SHUT DOWN. Disputed the charges with my bank and got my money back, and then they tried running my card AGAIN. Calling the bank. Filing a fraud complaint and closing my card. Good luck trying to run the card again losers.Bold LLC

We understand that ************ has expressed being unaware of the subscription model, resulting in recurring charges. It is important to note that an email was dispatched on March 12, 2023, outlining the terms of the subscription.
Nevertheless, in an effort to address the situation, we wish to inform you that we have made an exception to our no-refund policy.
