      This company refuses to answer their phone and when it's time for payment they NEVER pay on time. When you send an email they almost never reply when it's about the payment that is due. They say the Accounting is available on the weekends. When you call still no answer, you send an email and their is no response. I agreed to a particular fee and when I did get paid 90 plus days out and after over 10 emails I received partial payment. NEVER use or provide services for this company.

      ZERO stars and fraudulent. I have overdue payments for mobile notary services rendered. All of my documentation met their requirements and I have not had one response from this signing service and I just sent a demand letter before I pursue legal notifications and fraud claims.

      Date of my Services 3/6/2025 Amount of Service $ ***** Type of Service - Notary Public Multiple emails requesting tracking of payment, all met with "we need more information".Provided everything they could possibly need.6/11/2025, ***** responds with The disbursement is underway and will be reviewed for processing this weekend.Thank You,Lloyd ********* Coordinator Cloud Signings LLC Yeah, I bet its being worked on this weekend. Never accept notary signings from this vendor through ****************

      This company is not deserving of even 1 star. I performed a notary signing for them over 60 days ago and they are not responding to payment requests. I reached out to the Lender for payment. We will see what happens. My next step is to file a complaint with the *************************. I will never accept a request from this company again. Lenders and ****** companies should not use this company. This company is dishonest and fraudulent. Stay away. You will never get paid.

      They currently owe us thousands in unpaid work after MONTHS of hounding them to pay and have just recently RETROACTIVELY enacted a rule that if an invoice is not submitted within 70 days, THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY YOU!! They did NOT have this rule when we did the work and should have just been paying us.

      Like many of the other reviews, I too was taken advantage of by Cloud Signings LLC. I completed multiple signings for them in good faith and here more than 100 days later, I have only received partial payment after constant requests for payment. It is unfortunate that there are companies like this able to work with more reputable organizations just to scam hardworking, honest people. I would not recommend working with this company as a business or as a notary. I recommend notaries collectively come together and speak with the hiring companies to let them know they are working with a company that does not honor its commitments and is scamming people. I plan to report them to the local news and file legal action to ensure that not another individual is taken scammed.

      Just look at all the previous reviews. Its all the same and I am just like them, exact same situation. This company is dishonest and should not be aloud to be in business. Cloud signings does not pay, or communicate. Do NOT hire them or take assignments from them.

      I have done several jobs for this company. They only paid me for my very first job in 2021! Have done several jobs for them in good faith since then, based on our contractor agreement and have not received any more payments. I invoiced them for a job and as a result they deducted my pay for that job but have yet to remit any payment. This 1 rating is a gift. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NOTARIES WILLING TO DO THE WORK. NEVER AGAIN!

      I have completed three signings for this company and have not been paid. I cannot reach anyone via phone, email, or text. I have sent invoices and even a Cashapp request. No response. Next I will contact **************** to make them aware that the signing company they work with frequently does not pay notaries.
