      I completed a signing assignment for Cloud Signings LLC on June 23, 2025. Their written policy clearly states that payments are processed within 60 business days of order completion, on the first Friday after that period. I submitted my invoice according to their instructions and complied with all requirements.Despite this, I have not received payment, and my follow-up attempts via email. and other listed contacts have gone unanswered. As of today, payment is well past the timeframe they outlined in their own policy.This is unprofessional and unfair to notaries who complete work in good faith and expect timely compensation. I am filing this complaint so that other notaries and consumers are aware of my experience with Cloud Signings LLC regarding non-payment.

      Beware Cloud Signings LLC does not pay as agreed. They are only signing companies with a 60-business day pay cycle. They still do not pay on time, I am waiting to be paid for notary services I did for them on 6/24/25 & three months later, 9/25/25, I am still waiting to be paid. I have sent several emails, text, and left voice messages. I have never received a response. I am writing this review and filing a complaint against Cloud ***********. My next step is to reach out to the title companies. I did not want to give them one star but, I had to so I could post this comment.

      I have completed 3 signings for this company in April and May 2925. Using their own payment method I have not been paid for work completed. I have sent several invoice reminders and several e-mails. A gentleman named ***** contacted me and asked for MC and file numbers which was provided. He stated that he would look into it over the weekend, (2 weekends ago). I have not heard and I e-mailed ***** about this. Still nothing. Please Please Please do not do business with this company. I complained on *********** and I received a response from a notary that she received payment. Please note that she was also an Attorney. I'm guessing that is why she received her payment. She did provide me an e-mail address however it is the same one that I had been using. Signing Agent Beware

      I am a contracted Notary Loan Signing Agent who was assigned a loan signing through Cloud Signings LLC on September 11, 2025. The assignment required me to travel approximately 45 minutes each way to *****, ****, and spend over an hour with the client. In total, I devoted nearly three hours to this signing. Upon arrival, the client refused to sign due to last-minute changes made by the title companyfactors completely outside of my control. Per our original agreement, I was to be compensated $140 for this assignment. Instead of honoring the contracted fee, Cloud Signings unilaterally attempted to reduce my payment to a mere print fee and drive fee, failing to account for the three hours of professional time and effort I committed. To make matters worse, the company then changed the fee in their portal to $10, which is both unprofessional and insulting. They subsequently stopped responding to my messages entirely. Despite my repeated outreach, I have not received any communication or resolution. Adding to the misconduct, Cloud Signings attempted to assign me the same signing again the following day without ever addressing my rightful fee for the original assignment. Their refusal to communicate, failure to honor the contracted payment, and deliberate reduction of my fee after services were rendered demonstrates a lack of integrity and fair business practices. As a professional Notary Loan Signing Agent, I rely on companies like Cloud Signings LLC to operate ethically and uphold agreements. Their treatment in this matter has been both exploitative and dismissive, leaving me no choice but to escalate this complaint formally. Today is September 16, 2025, and I have yet to receive any resolution. I respectfully request that Cloud Signings LLC be held accountable for failing to honor the contracted $140 fee and for their unprofessional handling of this matter.

      If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE business to deal with. Ive done signings for this company and still awaiting to get paid. All of my communications go unanswered.

      If you're a notary, avoid this company because they will NOT pay you. I am still waiting for payment for a signing I completed for them in December 2024. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, working on filing a complaint against them with the CA and PA secrtary of state and have made the title company that hired them to hire the notary aware of their shady practices.

      Wish "0" was an option. Luckily I have eventually gotten paid but only after labelling my messages (each the same) numerically - "Second Request", "Third Request". I am not defending them in any way BUT for a number of the reviews here, it is obvious the Notary did not read the fine print as to when they pay - 60 BUSINESS Days after completion which is usually about 3 months. I WILL NEVER WORK FOR THEM AGAIN and encourage any Notary contacted by them via SnapDocs to select the button at the bottom "I no longer wish to work for Cloud Signings". Maybe eventually they'll run out of Notary options!
