      I am owed payments from notaries that I have completed 1/31/25, 3/19/25, 3/25/25 and 4/17/25 totaling $225. I have literally left messages in the portal, to the accounting email and even went as far as calling and leaving a message at the corporate office every single month. No return calls, nothing. They definately need to be investigated.

      I did two signings for Cloud Signings LLC in April 2025 and have not been paid for either one. I have been a Notary Loan Closing Agent for 4 years. This is by far the worst company I have done a signing for. My advice for anyone is to stay away.

      I completed a loan closing for Cloud Signings on September 12, 2025. After dozens of follow-ups, I finally received a message from ***** requesting information that I was never provided. Cloud assigns its own internal signing number, but then claims it cannot use that number to look up the appointmenteffectively delaying payment.I provided ***** with the original lenders letter, including the clients names and property address, yet more than 60 days later I still have not been ******* cautious: if Cloud Signings contacts you, reach out to the title company directly before accepting the job. Avoid these people.

      I've done 3 assignments and have not been paid. They never answer the phone. This company needs to be shut down.

      This business assigns notaries to signings and then does not pay them. Unprofessional. The employees harassed me and the business refuses to pay. I am not alone, they are doing this to hundreds. They need to be shut down.

      I am a NY Notary who also has not been paid. I completed a signing for them on 7/2/25 and am still awaiting payment. I see others have gone through the same experience. What can we do, we do not work for free ???

      I also completed 4 assignments in ****** *** and July (2) 2025 and have not been paid. I have also emailed and emailed following their payment policy and still no response. These were all longer distance assignments and I am positive they were completed perfectly!! ***** this company unless you want to donate your time and talents!! Overall experience should be negative stars.

      Very rude and unprofessional staff. They did not honor their contract of paying a printing fee for a no show. After going back and forth with them, I was threatened by them because I called them a scam company in my e-mail. I guess the person on the other end got so mad, they took me off the next order I had scheduled and then reduced my already reduced $10 fee to $0. I don't think that is legal. Please stay away from them.

      I am a certified Notary Signing Agent. I have done a signing for Cloud Signings LLC on 05/03/2025. Today is 10/20/2025 and I still haven't received payment for my service. For many of us, this is how us Notary Signing Agents make a living so that we can pay our bills and make a living. I will no longer be doing business with a shady company like Cloud Signings LLC who does not pay their notary signing agents after they rendered services from them. I wouldn't even give them a one-star rating!

      This company owes me money for Mobile Notary work and they will not pay Ive written called no response theres hundreds of people besides me that they owe you have a ************** and we cannot get our money youre not ever use this company
