      Don't trust them. I filled-out a form on their website for my SUV, and put on the form that my vehicle had rust on the frame. The website said they would buy my SUV from me for about $1,300. I drove over and their rep offered just $500. I said why such a difference? An $800 difference is not small. He said it was because I had not put on their web application about the rusted frame. I argued, and he finally looked and found it, yet still would not give more than $500 saying it was because I did not say it was surface rust! I told him the form they designed and put on their website just says rust with no option for surface rust, deep rust, what ever. Plus, I said the frame was rusted - who reads that as surface rust? Again, do not trust them.
