      Cooper was very knowledgeable and helpful during this process. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs with some issues on my title. He helped correct all issues with my paperwork and finalize the process.

      Wow...We scheduled a review date and time days in advance..We ask for a morning review an they informed that nothing was available..My Wife requested the day off so we could finish the process 12-5 was the window ..Needless to say No Call from the Rep I text my contact around 2:30 they assured me we are still on the schedule 5pm comes No Call No text....I will not use there online service again!!! BIG WASTE OF TIME....My Wife now does not want to sell online.

      Titus was friendly and not pushy at all. He didn’t sugarcoat anything nor did he rub in car issues that I already Knew about. Of course I would Have preferred to get more money but time and ease also goes a long way just to get it over with.
