1 starThis process started with an online survey based on my evaluation of the vehicles condition. The vehicle mileage and overall condition was entered into their website after which an initial purchase price was provided by this company. I fully understood that they would evaluate the vehicle and provide me with the final purchase price but the difference between the initial and final offer was significantly less than my expectations- $400 final vs $2780 initial. The evaluation was very thorough and did not identify any issues that I had not disclosed during the online survey. This felt like a bait and switch tactic as the estimator could not provide any reasonable explanation for the huge difference between offers.

5 starsI had to sell my car in a hurry and I called and talked to ***** in ********************, he was friendly and told me to come on down and he would help me. When we got there, he greeted us at the door and brought us right back. He explained everything he was doing step by step and explained every document I signed beforehand. We were done and I had a check in my hand within an hour. I would definitely use them again.Review fromWilliam S
