      It was a real pleasure selling my car we buy any car. ********, Canton, Ohio branch manager was a real pleasure to work with. I went in after dealing with a car dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the difference. Ir I ever have the need to sell another car , Webuyanyauto.com will be my first stop.

      Great Experience!!! I would highly recommend selling your car with We buy any car. ****** was professional and kind to me and my mother. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us get our car sold. My dad has Alzheimers and its a difficult situation as he lost his license recently and can no longer drive. ****** showed us compassion in a difficult situation. Im so grateful.

      Local guy was nice but they knocked the price of my car down by $1000 because he asked about a light on the dash he saw. I said I don't know what it is as I have never seen it in my 4 years of owning the car. it bothered me because I care for my cars. So I looked it up when I got home. It ends up the light was an indication that the system was turned off. the off switch was hit by the rep when he was fiddling around by the *** port/ That's where the switch is - UNDER the steering column. I never switched off the particular system in my years of owning the car. I never knew a switch was even there as it is hidden and there is no reason for me to turn off the Pre collision system. So they said there was a problem with the car but there wasn't. Had I known there was an on /off switch buried under the steering column I would have pointed it out. Who knows- maybe webuy hit the switch to lower the price they would offer. Anyway- I figured it out too late. A deal is a deal and they got me. They told me there was a problem, there was not problem and they will resell a clean car. Good for them. they won and ripped me off $1,000. No I won't use them again. Also- the process took over two hours. Their systems were supposedly down (get better systems) Some manager called me a day later and gave me $200 for my 2 hours time. That was nice. But- they were dishonest and took too long to process. They were nice enough but not professional enough for me. Being taken for $1000 doesn't sit well. Telling me I had a bad system indication- from a system they turned off is not the way to gain repeat customers
