      **** was a treat. Made what is normally a dreaded experience something I'd repeat (and likely will if the situation arises).. He's someone who still understands customer service: explained everything thoroughly, the reasons behind his steps, with humor stuck in there to keep the whole process enjoyable. Ended up with a fair price & a Bostonian bud.

      Our customer service was great. We called and we were able to get an appointment that day. The man we met with truly knew what he was doing and on top of it. Quite refreshing, as in these days customer service doesn't seem to exist elsewhere.
