      This property is a s*** box. I will be calling the ******************************************* tomorrow due to trash everywhere and possible mold infiltration. A week ago we had a water main break which flooded our commons area, They didnt do anything to get it cleaned up for several days. Now there are several fans running all day and night to dry this place out. Laying in bed listening to the fans run make it difficult to sleep. I highly discourage anyone from moving to this Complex. I have several videos and photos of all our issues from many months. I am currently working with my attorney to determine our course of actions. We want out of here!!

      They are scammers! I was charged $500 for paint and blinds, so I sent in a copy of my move in sheet to prove that it was already damaged before I moved in. (I only lived there for 4 months) and they denied my request because they said they misplaced the original copy, so my copy wasnt valid and Ive never heard of that. The whole point of giving me a copy is to ensure that things like this dont happen if the complex was to lose the original. They charged for a full apartment repaint and blind replacement for something I didnt do. Definitely planning on getting a lawyer. And I dont care that court fees will cost more, its the principle.
