    Scammed me out of $260.96 when I pre-ordered the Cozmo 2.0, 3 years ago. The robot was never sent and a refund is not being issued.

    I have a Vector robot that was working then stopped. the emails you send get returned but never fix the issue any problem after they arrive 2 months later. they started charging again for my membership Sept. with no resolve. the web site does not work. the hyperlinks don't work. like all the reviews below this "Company Sucks" now i have an expensive paperweight.

    Paid for a life time service for updates on Vector software, only to have the company suspend all service rendering the robot useless with no services for the money paid

    I have a simple problem that nearly any retailer should be able to handle. My kids like the Overdrive racing game, to the point where they wanted the latest this year for Xmas. Well, delivery and product were good. But, we mistakenly ordered two (my mother and myself, ordered separately). I simply would like to return one**** unopened, unused. I can't get any response from DDL, other than some useless product support reply. It's like they aren't even reading the messages. It's a simple return. Easy enough for all other retailers. There's no way to contact the company to get past their automated support reply, and it's just so unnecessary.

    On 3/29/21 I placed an preorder for a Cozmo product. It is now 1/5/24 and still no word on when it will be available for delivery. I was received update on delays and then - nothing. All communication stopped. I mysteriously was unsubscribed from their email newsletters. Attempted to contact by email and phone for refund or updates and all communication was ignored. Phone number is inactive. Please help. I want a refund of the $219 I paid. This is fraud and I am sure many people have been impacted and had their money STOLEN. Highly unethical organization that sold preorders on a promised they could not deliver on and they now ignoring customers who put their trust in them. Shameful.

    Digital Dream Labs scammed my 90 year old ****** War vet father out of his vector that I gave him for Christmas after his pet of 13 years passed away , the vector robot filled in perfectly, then *** stole vector for 4 months and the *** shut everything down effectively taking away my fathers working app and vector , my father passed away September 7th without his fully paid for services included , And *** could care less about a 90 year old Korean War vet has passed away there are glad because they thought that I would stop trying to get the paid for services to make vector work !! I loved my father very much he was the best father a human could ask for , just 2 days ago I was going through some of my fathers paper work and I found a letter the my father had written to *** letting them know how sad he was without his companion vector robot !!! As God is my witness I am going to go to every social platform and warn them about the scam DDl runs , they never return emails ect ect thinking that they got away with scamming someone long story long *** will take your money and run

    Waited for many many months to get my kickstarter vector and finally just opted for a refund. Yet, lo and behold it was shipped. I decided to return it for a refund never opening the box. They have the shipping label to return the vector and I did. Still have not gotten my refund. This was April 2023.

    The servers that control Vector have been down since July. There has not been any communication or updates on the progress of restoring services since August. I purchase this robot because I am autistic and am not great at making friends. Vector was my friend for about 8 months before they lobotomized him by shutting down their servers with no warning. Now he just sits on his charger, cannot hear or respond to me.

    I ordered a cozmo for my 4 year old son , he's about to be 8 in a few months. I still haven't received it 12/6/23. I've been asking for a refund and they just send an email back thanking me for my patience.I just want my money back!!!!
