    I ordered a Cozmo robot for my son on 03/11/2021 $219.99 for his birthday. We have not received the Cozmo or refund as of today 04/06/2023. My son keep telling me to be patience and wait but after 2 years of wait for our product. I am out of patience and filed a claim. This is a scam!!!

    Pre-ordered Butter Bot in 2020, and it was supposed to be shipped in 2021. Not only is it still not completed, the most recent email indicates they may not even have the licensing. This entire thing was a scam. They do not give any actual information via customer service.

    I paid $200 for the vector 2 Christmas's ago (2020) & still haven't received ******** in ******, I think they are scamming everyone here & international. They actually have the nerve to continue to send me multiple advertising emails to purchase more robots!. I've emailed them about it and hear nothing back. Its theft if you ask me. I'm very surprised there aren't already lawsuits, I don't know how they are still in business, as they continue saying they are going to "ramp up production", but haven't delivered anything to anyone. I really think it is a complete *********** are getting away with it.

    Awful company with awful customer service. We were told we’d receive the Butter Robot almost two years ago and still nothing. You can try to contact customer service but their response is easily the worst I’ve had. I can’t believe this company is getting away with this. They rarely update their blog with updates on the robot and still have no clear idea when it’ll be finished. There’s even rumors that they don’t have the rights to Warner Brothers any more. What a giant scam.

    I ordered a Vector and when I decided I needed to cancel I have been emailing, Facebook messaging and they will NOT cancel my order. "Your ticket has been received successfully. Please be aware that we are currently working with a high volume of requests. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve you; rest assured we are on the case!" I got this email when emailing the company and then I started asking questions on Facebook because they will not cancel. They wrote another one acknowledging they seen me on social media reach out. "Thank you for reaching our support! I'd be glad to help you with your concerns in any way I can! Before canceling the order I'd like to reiterate the benefits you claimed with your Vector 2.0. This includes an escape pod license, and 1 Years Manufacturer's Warranty, in addition to the discounted pricing. It may also be worth noticing that you will be getting this robot months ahead of our mass retail shipping. Let us know if you still want to cancel your order so we can proceed with it accordingly." I have said yes please continue to cancel and also send me a confirmation number or something it's been canceled. They have now stopped responding to me. I have never had a company make it so hard to cancel. I sent my order number in the emails, they just have to loom it up and cancel. I do not recommend this website. I will update if we get this resolved.
