I pre-ordered their ************** Butter Robot product back on 11/16/2020 for $147. After a few years of delays, I requested a refund in February of this year. It took about 4 months to open a case but there hasn't been any follow up since. I've reached out multiple times for an update but no one has responded.Initial Complaint

I pre-ordered a Cozmo 2.0 paying $369.36 on 18 December 2021. Payment was made to Digital Dream Labs LLC - ****@****************.com This item was on purchased as a pre-order with the promise that deliveries would start from early 2022. To this date, the item has never been launched by the company. I have contacted Digital Dream Labs several times to get an update on the item and took it in good faith that there were delays with production. They have published several updates on their website advising the product was coming soon but there has been nothing. The company has acted fraudulently with a promise of goods that it did not and does not have for sale. The has company stopped responding to any correspondence. I canceled my annual Vector membership ($47.00) and received a confirmation email that it was canceled on 11/18/2021 and that I would not receive any further charges. They continue to charge the annual membership fee every November and the charges went UP to $74.99. I have attempted to login to my portal but it will not allow me to log in or reset my password. I have emailed them to cancel my membership with only the "we have received your email" response.Initial Complaint

I spent 147 dollars on a "butter robot", and it has been 3 years and there is NO ROBOT! they lie constantly in their updates, which rarely come out. They claim they will meet deadlines and they don't. THIS IS A SCAM! There is no robot. there is no attempt to make a robot. I want my money! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! I want a refund, and the state of PA should shut them down! They are liars and make no attempt to do anything they say. They are liars! I pre-ordered a product on 1/12/2021 for $197. The company promised a delivery date sometime by the end of that year. They provided updates of delays but that stopped in August if 2022. I made attempts to get a refund to no success. I no longer get put in contact with anyone from support.Business Response

On 11/20/20 I purchased a cozmo robot. It was still in production. For 2 years they have promised that it was being made and would be delivered. They continued to lie and say they were making progress. None of it was true. They continue to take money and have delivered no products. They are now not returning emails.Initial Complaint

On January 10, 2022 we placed an order for a Cozmo toy for $313.62, order number *****. A few months later they changed the order to fulfilled but we never received the item. I reached out and they stated they changed how they tracked the orders and it was still back ordered. Every few months I would reach out and would be told a new timefrime of when I would recieve the orders. Now, almost two years later, I reached out again asking how to refund the order and now am not recieving any response from them. Doing a quick online search, it appears this is happening to many people. All i want is a refund for the item or the item itself. Ordered the robots on pre-order on June 2022 for Christmas. Received an email stating that they were going to start shipping pre-orders from June of 2020! Was sent an email showing that we needed to confirm the address for either the refund or the robots to now start shipping. Were given several ticket #s and order numbers and confirmations of emails and will be processing ASAP. Every time that I follow up on these, I get a new number and told that they are working on it. This is absolutely ridiculous and a total scam! Need monies refunded and simply want to wash my hands of the this whole ordeal. My children literally feel like they have been traumatized over this and can't understand why there are people in the world that would chose to be this way.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from Digital Dream Labs and they kept pushing back the delivery of the product but ensured that it would be delivered as soon as possible. it's been nearly 3 years and I finally asked them to refund my purchase, at which time they stopped responding to my emails.
