Last month I asked (via email) Digital Dream Labs Company to cancel our monthly subscriptions because I wasn’t able to access their web portal to cancel it myself. The company’s customer rep replied and mentioned that they are working on their web portal and we can cancel our subscription once it is fixed. After a few days, I checked and saw that the portal is still “down”, so I emailed them back and specifically said that I do not want to be charged again but never received a response from them. On September 20, 2023, my credit card was charged. Until today, that web portal is still down/inaccessible, and no response was received from this company. I am expecting another charge for October 2023 which I do not consent.
I have read complaints after complaints with this company, and several have the same situation as mine, but they waited even longer to get their subscription cancelled to no avail and the reason this company provided is the same: they are working to resolve the issue with their web portal. It has been months and how can their “issue” still has not resolved? How can they keep charging monthly and collecting the money but cannot cancel the monthly subscriptions?
Please investigate this company and help bring justice to all of us who are victims of this company’s fraudulent business. Thank you.Business Response

I purchased a Cosmo educational toy robot on November 26, 2021 for $267.79. I waited a acceptable amount of time for the product to be sent, but I have been given excuse after excuse as to why it hasn't been sent: problems with production in China due to COVID, insufficient product parts etc. I have been beyond patient, but I want them to produce the product or provide a full refund at this point. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Digital Dream Labs, except when they feel like responding via email and feel I am being scammed at this point. I paid $334.74 to Digital Dream Labs.
For three months, I didn't receive any shipment. So, on October 1, 2022, I emailed them to request a refund. They promised to refund me, but as of today, October 18, 2023, I still haven't received my money back. I always believed they were an honest company, so it's only now that I've realized I've been scammed. I will upload the email communication I had with them. From October 2022 until now, I've sent numerous emails, and the responses I received were always vague about the refund timeline but assured me that I would get refunded. Digital dream labs has charged my credit card for a subscription service that is no longer active, their servers have been down for months. the debited 74.99 out my account on 10/12/2023. They will not respond to emails, I cant log in to the account to cancel
