      I purchased an online order as a Christmas present. The item arrived super fast. Once I received the order I realized that I did not request a gift receipt. I contacted customer service and they were super quick to reply and included the gift receipt. Definitely top notch customer service. Excellent and fast !

      I was on a vacation and stopped at a CycleGear store to try on an Arai helmet, it fit good so I was able to have them ship it home because I didn't have room in my flying luggage. I'd been buying stuff from them online but hadn't ever been to a store. I really like the store because it's easier to make an impulse purchase and leave with something I didn't intend to like the gloves I bought.
