      I ordered brake pads online and the website said these pads fit my exact bike, model, trim, my exact bike. They come in and guess what, they don't fit. This is the second time CycleGear's website has done this to me. So I immediately call customer service because I had a big ride coming up in a few days. The guy on the phone seemed more interested in telling me that they website wasn't wrong than he did getting me my refund or getting my order fixed. After explaining it too him several times he still disagreed with me and told me the website was correct about the fitment of the brake pads. I will not make the mistake of trusting their website again.

      Very helpful and took care of us 100%. Jacket showed up with a damaged zipper, had a RA in about 5 minutes. No credit yet, but upfront service was spot on.

      Ordered a helmet by mistake after noticing it wasnt the correct safety cert. literally called & left multiple emails to cancel 5 minutes after ordering. **************** said they couldnt cancel it & to return it. Even though it took over a day to actually ship. Terrible customer service

      I purchased two ***** Helmets, and one helmet was shipped out with a defective face shield. If I wanted an open face helmet I would have purchased one. While the company offered two options to resolve the problem, the refund of $50 didnt cover the cost of a replacement face shield and shipping and shipping the helmet back to receive a replacement after the company received the defective product was not time effective to remedy the problem. Cycle Gear ineffective product quality control has adversely impacted me as a customer; therefore, I will not be recommending that anyone purchase products from them unless its at a local retailer. Online buyer beware.

      Order was shipped quickly but had issues with delivery to store with the carrier. I ordered tires and got them mounted but on my first ride one of the wheel weights fell off so I took it to a different shop to get balanced.

      Purchased a ***** N100-5 Plus Helmet based on the reviews and features. Picked up the helmet at the store and it appeared to fit very nice. Loved the style and features. Took the helmet out for a 20 mile ride and discovered that the right side of the helmet has an absurd amount of wind noise while the left side is great. I do expect some wind noise as this typical of Modular helmets, I own two other manufactures and they do experience some, but this is so bad that my right ear was screaming before I got home. Note I was also wearing ear plugs which do a great job of reducing the noise. There is an obvious problem with this specific helmet so I contacted Cycle Gear and was informed that they could not exchange or take the helmet back because I wore it and they recommened that I sell it on ******** market place to try and get my money back. Over the years I have always been impressed with Cycle Gears customer service. They have always stood behind the products they sell and services offered. I now have an awesome llooking helmet that is taking up space in the garage because I can not wear due to the defect in it.
