      I would like to give zero stars. Gopuff’s business practices are so unprofessional and ridiculous, I can’t even put it into words. I started with Gopuff as a delivery driver on October 12, 2023 and I only delivered for two days, when I received an email stating that I was being warned about fraudulent practices due to not completing my order immediately after delivery; I hit complete immediately after each completed delivery, there was one or two time when the connection wasn’t working properly and it took a tad bit longer to complete, not my fault, also I needed to complete the first delivery in order to get my next delivery address. So I responded to that email and they stated in an automated response, it was just a warning. My stats said 100% on every thing except 92% on timely delivery. I had no customer complaints or issues per the stats that were reported to me for that week. The next week I received the same email except it was my final warning per the email. I responded the sent me the same automated email message and said it was just a warning. The beginning of the next week I had a two hour block, and then the next day I received a text message saying that I was being deactivated for violating my contract, which was very strange because I didn’t have any information about how I violated my contract with them. I requested proof of what I was being accused of and they sent me another email which was also automatically generated. I worked and still work for other platforms and I have not but great reviews. Gopuff is questioning my credibility and integrity as well as my work ethics, I am definitely going to look further into this matter and I have requested proof of what I’m being accused of doing. This company is ridiculous not to mention you can’t even talk to anyone nor do you have any access to corporate information let alone a representative from their company or business if that is what they are supposed to be, I am really disappointed and mortified.

      GoPuff is an extraordinarily exploitative business that underpays its contract delivery drivers and fires them without cause. Additionally, the app drivers are given to use crashes, freezes, and does not function in a way that allows drivers to successfully do their jobs. This includes dropping location tracking, logging drivers off in the middle of deliveries, taking away bonuses without cause, showing favoritism toward certain drivers, and making false allegations against drivers without any evidence.
      Don't work for GoPuff unless you enjoy sitting in front of a warehouse for hours without getting any orders or driving like crazy for four hours to make less than 8 dollars an hour.

      Ordered beer to be delivered. Wanted two but they required four. And the beer arrived warm at best. This is a terrible delivery service. And bad to Uber Eats for directing me to it.

      GoPuff routinely sends milk expiring the next day and frozen bread that has been expired up to a month. In a couple cases the expiration date seemed rubbed off. It’s not safe.

      I never had an account with this company and my debit card was fraudulently charged two different times first was 108.33 and the second was 91.30. My bank will not refund due to Go Puff stating the charges weren’t fraud but how could they be good charges if I never had an account. This company is refusing to supply a refund because the debit card that was charged has been cancelled and they supposedly can’t refund tk a new card or send a paper check for the refund.

      This app or platform is doing there delivery drivers wrong to the point, of not paying them for deliveries i no because I'm one of the thousands of thoughs people driving for them, I drove and delivered they have all kinds glitches with there app, I delivered I expected to be paid for driving and time put forward, the way I see it iss. if they're not treating there driving partners right, they shouldn't have started, a order canceled by a customer at short notice shouldn't affect a driver pay, but that's just the opposite of what they are doing to the point of satisfying themselves by deactivation of a driver on their platform, but until now they still didn't pay me for my service, anyone who use there own vehicle and gas to work for these guy should stop immediately.

      They are THIEVES!!
      You are lured into making ONE purchase using “Family Rewards” and once you use it ONE TIME!..unbeknownst to the customer they have been locked into automatic payments for NO SERVICES RENDERED and NO PURCHASES MADE!
      They have through PayPal taken almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for NOTHING!
      As a senior on a fixed income, I am hurt and angry about feeling like I have been fleeced by grifters.

      gopuff terminated my account because i was using ***** credit cards which offer $10 gopuff credits monthly, gopuff all of the sudden started charging my credit cards with a different merchant name rather than "gopuff" so the ***** promotion won't automatically apply to my purchases, i started submitted disputes to get my monthly $10 back which is what has been advertised as one of the card holder benefits but then gopuff terminted my gopuff account, what a shame!!! if you cannot afford this deal then don't even bother advertising as such!!

      Absolutely disgusting practices. They try to lure you into making purchases with reward offers, but fail to tell you that redeeming a item that you earned somehow counts as a coupon, making it so the regular coupons they have make the rewards completely pointless. Their customer service is some of the worst I've seen refusing to offer solutions to your problem and refusing to cite where in their toc states these things.

      I will absolutely be seeking legal action against these false advertisers and seeking a refund for orders I've placed trying to get these rewards.

      This company discriminates against people who have a driving record. Even though you’re using your own vehicle and car insurance. I’m glad I was hired by grubhub. A company that believes in second chances. Because people make mistakes gopuff! not only did they lose a potential employee but they also lost a potential future customer. I will forever recommend anything other than gopuff to family and friends.
