      Order Ordered food and a 6pk to my girlfriends apartment. The order was canceled for invalid ID before contact was made with the driver. Invalid ID is "non-refundable".I was out there and made contact with the driver, after cancelation. They were nowhere in sight.I made contact with the support chat, was handed off to several representatives, who were unable to assist, and provided no number or email for assistance. They offered re-delivery which was then impossible given the time of night, then refused to change address or reimburse. I finally gave in and asked for re-delivery to the original address and the they refused. NEVER order from this company. I spent over $65 to have my food and drink robbed from me.Looking at potential lawyers to file a suit.Such an insignificant amount of money for several hours of headache.Signed,A disgruntled customer

      I made an order last night and didnt receive all the items. I contacted their chat and they just leave you waiting long periods between messages. After you tell them the issue, you dont hear back, or theyll apologize and then never respond. All i wanted was a refund or replacement. This is in nyc. ************ Plus if you dont tip delivery, they call/text you asking for one. This business is trash

      I had intentionally not renewed my Annual FAM subscription but was still using GoPuff services from time to time.
      One night I was particularly in a hurry and I was checking out an order. It offered the FAM renewal, which is promoted for discounts and prioritization.
      The past few times I had placed and order since not renewing, I noticed that my orders took longer, and my delivery time would get bumped later and later after ordering. I believe this is because they do not incentivize these orders for the drivers so the order takes longer to get picked up.
      I decided to rejoin, and in addition, still pay the priority delivery fee to get this order as quickly as possible.
      Unfortunately, despite paying for an entire new annual membership, and the priority delivery fee, my order wait time got bumped twice, making me late for an event for which I needed the quick delivery.
      I chatted with customer service and requested to get my order refunded as well as the FAM subscription. After some back and forth, the agent assured me they would refund me for the subscription. They first argued that I had already used it. But I pointed out that I literally rejoined right before I placed the order I was refunding, so I did not benefit from it.
      A week later I saw there was no refund, so I chatted with customer service again. They told me the subscription was non refundable. I asked them repeatedly to check the previous chat with customer service, but they never agreed or confirmed to review the chat history.
      They said they would expedite my inquiry to management. I received and email within the week stating they would not refund me for the subscription, and still never addressed whether or not they checked the chat history where they told me they would. I unfortunately did not save it because I was in a rush that night and did not have time to.
      Their customer service has declined over the years but this in particular felt very unprofessional and dishonest.

      As a Delivery Driver Ive been with GoPuff for multiple years. Account info needed to be updated and new course was given. Updated info and passed the course and my account still isnt back active. Reached out to their support and have been getting the run around for the last week. Customer support is a joke and refers to utilizing email to contact support but when contacted there is no reply and when replied states to contact Live Chat and then go to live chat only to be told to use the email. Constantly ignored and when asking for Leadership or Higher Level always get disconnected or no reply and no resolution.

      I ordered an iPhone charger through GoPuff that arrived defective and does not work. When I contacted GoPuff customer service, they repeatedly told me to reach out to ***** for warranty support.I followed their instructions and contacted ***** directly. ***** confirmed that they cannot and will not support warranty replacements for products not purchased through them. I provided GoPuff with proof via a screenshot of Apples email, but GoPuff still refuses to take responsibility.I am now left with a broken product and no help from the seller who should be responsible under basic consumer protection laws.

      Drivers ignored delivery instructions on two separate orders- not the first time Ive experienced this but only reached out twice. I only asked for a tip refund for the inconvenience, but customer service refused and wouldnt let me speak to a manager either. No accountability, no way to escalate issues. Tipping in advance feels pointless. Very disappointed.

      Literally the worst company I ordered a vape thats was ***** I contacted as it was faulty and did not work I even sent proof they still refuse to send my money back or give me a refund per policy which they do not list any policies to the consumer I just want my money back and to cancel my subscription which they refuse to do so they are scammers beware

      GoPuff is an absolute scam, and their customer service is a complete joke. I placed an order for over $30 worth of White Clawswhich I have always had delivered to my address in ************** to have their glitchy, broken app decide to send my order to ****. (Fun fact: I havent been to **** in months.)I immediately reached out to customer support and was greeted by a robot that wasted 15 minutes of my time before I finally got to a real person. After another 20 minutes of frustrating back-and-forth, I asked to speak to a supervisor, thinking surely someone with actual authority could fix THEIR mistake. ****. The supervisor did absolutely nothing. Their response? "It's policy."Excuse me? Your "policy" is to take my money, send my order to a completely wrong state, and then refuse to correct it or refund me?? I got nothing. No product. No refund. Just $30 stolen from me because GoPuffs broken app sent my order to an address I NEVER selected.This isnt just bad service; this is outright theft. There is no reason why an order that was clearly placed in error due to a system glitch couldnt be corrected, refunded, or at the VERY least credited back in some way. This is unethical, disgraceful, and a total ********* yourself the headacheuse literally ANY other service that actually values its customers. Ill never use ******************** again.
