      I have transcripts and videos showing a defected device they keep selling. On the site they say that it works it's fine and then I buy it call customer service get a refund. Even though the product is defective and they promise it isn't they will limit how many times you can get your money back. I was told I was a problem customer in the kindest way and that I'm the problem not them. I have transcripts showing there inability to tell me when a policy started as well. That after 12 hours within purchase, they cannot assist you with any form of reimbursement. 12 hours after. That means no matter what I have to use whatever I buy there within 12 hours. I asked what day did this policy began. No one, not even the Supervisor could tell me something so simple. Then I become a problem for wanting to know what date this came into effect. I told them I planned on reporting them for transparency but that didn't matter. This is always after they see a video. Only a coincidence I'm of color that they begin to be a little more aggressive and mean. So here I am.

      I submitted a resume on Indeed years ago for a part time evening position! By the time they emailed I turned down the position and asked to have my info removed from their system! I am still getting emails of Go Puff interviews and hiring dates/ hours tears later! Every-time I get an email I reply and ask them to remove me and state that I AM NOT INTERESTEDWhat a scum company!       Terrible company. Ordered 3 items only 1 item delivered. Spent over hour with customer service, without resolution. Wouldn't refund the additional fees they charged me or deliver the items I ordered. Took the fees and refunded to deliver the missing items.

      I had items taken from two orders.The only way to reach out for help is "corporate", aka: a text chat.They were not only slow and unhelpful, they refused to refund me. Then they offered me a coupon! I think this company is purposely making it difficult for customers to reach them so they do not have to do refunds.

      Somehow items were ordered from my account to an address I have never lived at. I canceled the order cause I'm not paying to have someone receive a delivery on my dime. I asked for a refund and was denied. They are thieves and not very good at keeping clients

      About $60 worth of stuff, ************************ the hospital. Well, the problem is my idea was expired by 2 weeks but I was in the hospital for 2 months with major surgery and all I ordered was food items and those food items were comfort foods while I'm in the hospital well. Because my idea was expired for 2 weeks and I already paid for everything with my card and everything else they left with the stuff that I ordered. *** said that I could not get refunded so they, everything I ordered they took with them. And they left and they just said nothing we can do.You got your ideas expired so we don't owe you a refund.And they walked out and then slashed.I heard from this company.I've emailed them.I've called and nothing.I've gotten no satisfaction just ignored

      I regret purchasing with this company, I signed up for what they claimed would be a "free trial", and also said "I can delete my subscription", and was charged AFTER deleting my subscription and now they refuse to refund me.
