On 12/27/23, I received an e-mail informing an ***. According to CGFNS, regarding my Transcript, it has been received and rejected for the following reasons: A Valid Seal and signature was not provided. They told me that I could also ask school/license agency to send a letterhead letter via postal mail addressed to the *** Team providing a list of authorized ************************** information. So, my University did it on 01/25/24. Since then, I called more than 3 times to know if I (or my University) should do something more and CGFNS just tell me that I should to wait more. Worth highlighting that other students from the same university followed all the steps that I did and got their CES weeks ago. Please, help me to get my CES.

    I purchased the Evaluation service at CGFNS on June 26, 2023 with order number ******* and to this day my validation has not been delivered even after submitting all the documents requested by the company. On October 31, 2023, after having already received all the documents, they informed me that an RFA had occurred and I would need to receive a document from my University containing some university information and for those responsible to sign this document and put a seal on it. So that CGFNS could then authenticate the signatures. This "RFA" document was sent to the CGFNS both by email and by post. By mail it was delivered by USPS on February 13, 2024, 9:45 am Tracking code: ************* Delivered to Agent Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery PHILADELPHIA, PA 19104 February 13, 2024, 9:45 am After several emails demanding the issuance of my evaluation and delivery of the service, the CGFNS responds to the emails saying that it will send my university a document to collect signatures and authenticate. But they have already sent this document and the same document has already been received by them. So I don't know why they make it so complicated, since they already have the document with the necessary signatures. Just authenticate them and issue my validation. I would like you at BBB to help me solve this problem. They want to delay my process even more.

    September 5, 2023 submitted for purchase of the CGFNS service December 7, 2023 CGFNS responds after receiving the documents December 8th CGFNS responds that there was an RFA, in the 1st faculty and there is no note for the real reason (there is no message to correct the RFA) December 11, 2023 An error was found in the name of the college and a request was made to change the name and email of the college (the email was changed). December 26, 2023 – The sending and receiving of the envelope with the college's declaration was registered by ***, it is important to mention that at no time was there a message from the CGFNS regarding the real reason for the RFA. January 9, 2024 – confirmed by the message that the CGFNS received the college's statement with the request and recognition of the college's signature and stamp. Analyze the document with RFA agents. January 12, 2024 – It was sent asking if the CGFNS sent an email to the college in Brazil, with no response returned. January 30, 2024– Requesting again CGFNS document analysis response. It was recommended to check online every day through the CGFNS platform. February 15, 2024– Another message was sent to the CGFNS requesting the analysis of the declaration and reaffirming the envelope sent by the college with signature confirmation and correction of the name of the college. And on the 15th, the answer came again that my document was being analyzed by the agent and that the CGFNS policy was not to pass on internal information about the cases under analysis. He continued to recommend checking the completion of the analysis on the platform. February 26, 2024 – I received a message on the CGFNS platform that there was confirmation of the correction of the name of the college, progressing the analysis slowly. February 29, 2024 – To my surprise I received a letter from the CGFNS that my case was complete, but no analysis response was sent and there was no change in the status of the platform. March 3, 2024 – sent a new letter FROM CGFNS that my documents were ready to be submitted to the New York boarding board, but there was no change in status. March 4, 2024 - I received another letter that my documents were ready to be sent for boarding in New York. However, there was no change in my status, that is, until this very moment we do not know about the completion of the analysis, because there was no change in status. March 5, 2024 – The CGFNS completed the process and sent the documents, but my status was not updated and we do not know which documents were sent to the New York boarding board, thus finalizing the process. And we don't know the end of the analysis because on the CGFNS platform there was no change in status AND there is no confirmation of a change in the analysis. March 6, 2024 – The faculty sent by email (declaration of the correction of the dean's name and signature) this time as reinforcement of the dean's email signature, and sent another form by ***. March 6th – we again asked by email for the response to the analysis and the response sent from the CGFNS was that they were internal analysis and could not pass on information. And no change of status on the platform. That is, March 14, 2024 We don't know at the exact moment what was sent to New York, not the change in platform or the response to the analysis.     of Education to verify the authenticity of the applicant’s license validation
    and transcripts.

    Transcript from Centro Universitario ******* ** ******.  This document was not accepted as CGFNS was unable to verify the school official who signed the Request for Academic Records/Transcript form.  CGFNS originally sent a Request for Assistance letter to the school via email and standard mail on December 18, 2023, requesting the names and signatures of school officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS.   CGFNS sent another Request for Assistance letter via email on March 6, 2024. 

    The evaluator has reviewed all documents and the report was issued
    to the New York State Department of Education on March 5, 2024 as it had been
    180 days since the applicant placed the order. 
    CGFNS sent all documents to the New York State Education Department on
    March 26, 2024 as an addendum.

    Greetings, As a registered nurse supervisor who dedicated her life to this field and as an individual, I am very disappointed in this organization and how I have been treated. I am baffled and displeased. I applied RN licensure credential review to get the report last year. After all these months, no sign of progression for the review process was made by this organization. Furthermore, I paid twice in the amount of 420 dollars since the review process expired after the x amount of days of not getting my documents reviewed. Just this type of behavior shows unfairness to the consumers. As of now, my application just expired for the third time as this loop keeps going on. Every time I call, I get a different response from each representative. One person says that I just have to wait until everything is reviewed. Another representative says I need the submit the documents, etc. The third representative promises that in 10 days ***** will have this all completed. None of them allowed me to speak with the general manager or a supervisor. Therefore, before I escalate this problem situation further, I want to submit an official complaint to this organization to resolve the issue. I do not want to keep paying the review fee over and over again.Problem Situation:I applicant #*******, wrote to inform CGFNS that the nursing school I graduated from is PERMENANTLY closed in my birth country, *******************. I have been requesting a waiver on the license confirmation requirementthe school transcripts. Hence, as requested by CGFNS, the ******** of ***************** has already sent a notice of the school's closure, certified by apostille on 09/04/23. CGFNS received this documentation. After this review, CGFNS decided to directly communicate with the ******** of Georgia. The ******** provided additional documents and communication to CGFNS twice which have not been evaluated for months now. The application is expired with no sign-on resolution.

    CGFNS ID: *******, Order Number: *******. I paid $450 for the Credential Assessment Service (CES) Professional Report service on 09/01/2023 and even after providing all the necessary information and documents, they did not issue my CES. I am making a complaint about the poor service delivery and inadequate customer ********************** provided by CGFNS. Effective communication is very essential for service delivery, however, CGFNS is taking money and not doing its job effectively. I understand that CGFNS needed time to review the documentation and issue the report, so I gave them the necessary time and waited all this time, even longer than they had requested. However, since 02/23/2024, CGFNS has received the signature authentication documents from my college and so far they have not issued any response or finalized the process of issuing my report (************* has been 6 months since I paid During the process of writing the Credential Assessment Service (CES) Professional Report and providing all the necessary documents for CGFNS to process and issue the report, CGFNS verified all my documents as "Meets to all program requirements" still awaiting authentication of signatures from my college that were delivered and received by CGFNS. However, the CGFNS is delaying the process and all the deadlines they requested have passed without issuing the report. I would like my report to be issued and my money refunded as the service is not being done correctly.

    I am writing to express my profound concern and dissatisfaction with the significant delay in the authentication process for my documents by the *** team of CGFNS. On 10/02/2023, I made a payment of $700 to CGFNS with the expectation, as advertised, that my document evaluation would be completed within 12 weeks. However, upon submitting all required documents, I received correspondence from CGFNS indicating the necessity to authenticate my license and transcripts before proceeding with the evaluation process.Subsequently, *** letters were dispatched to both my University and licensing agency. While my licensing agency promptly responded on 12/21/2023, verifying the pertinent information, it was not until 9th of January, 2024, that my university completed the verification process.As per initial communication with their team, I was informed that the review and authentication process typically takes 7-21 days. However, it has now exceeded 3 months since my University and **************** from ******** submitted the required documents.Despite repeated inquiries, I have been provided with inconsistent information regarding the timeline for completion.     I purchased a service at CGFNS on March 19, 2023 with order no. ******* and my ID on the website is CGFNS ID: *********** problem is that my service will expire on March 19, 2024 and I have already sent all the requested documents, my university has already sent everything and they keep misleading me and not answering my emails correctly and always passing the problem on to others without a solution.On September 19, 2023, the CGFNS informed that my university was asked to authenticate signatures and stamps (called RFA).My university sent this completed RFA by email and it was received by mail on October 27, 2023.My School has already answered my recently RFA that CGFNS sent to Delivered, Tracking Code: ******************* October, 27 2023 13:18 Local time, Service Area: WEST ************, ** - *** That's right, since October 27, 2023 they have received the missing document and to date they have not completed my service. Every email I send to them always trips me up and tries to pass it on to someone else in the company.I would like your help in resolving this problem. It's not possible that they lost my document and are stalling so that the service expires and I have to make another payment. It wasn't supposed to take 4 months to just "confirm" the signatures sent.I request that the service be completed and the equivalence of my diploma issued.

    I I purchased a service at CGFNS on December 20, 2022 with order n ******* and my ID on the website is CGFNS ID: *********** big problem is that due to delays and complications from the CGFNS my process would expire and I requested an extension from them and it will expire on March 11, 2024.And they still didn't deliver the service.The problem is that CGFNS requested signature authentication, so my university sent a document called an ***. This document was sent by email and delivered by post on January 27, 2024.It is already known to you at BBB and to all customers that CGFNS does not deliver the service on time.In an email from them on February 12, 2024, they said the following: "Please be advised that upon receipt of the *** response it can take up to 20 business days for that information to show on your account."20 working days have passed, and every time I send an email it's the same story that you have to wait, it takes so long. They leak this to beat our service and then I have to pay for a new one.I request BBB's assistance so that the service I purchased can be delivered, as everything requested by the CGFNS has been fulfilled.

    On September the 4th 2023 I purchased the *** professional report service from CGFNS so that I may apply for a ** RN license. As of today I have gotten to a point in the process where every requirement has been satisfied except for a requirement of authentication from my Nursing ******************** Notification of this requirement for authentication by the evaluator was given to me on February the 1st 2024. I was told by CGFNS on the phone that this requirement for authentication would be sent via email to my licensing authority so that my licensing authority may submit the necessary information. They told me that the email will be sent out in a few business days. It has since been 3 weeks and according to CGFNS on a phone call the email still has not been sent. It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes longer than 3 weeks to send an email. I spoke to multiple CGFNS representatives and they cannot give me a proper explanation as to why this is taking so long. I've spent nearly 1000 USD on this service including an expedited review service (Purchased December 7th 2023) which really didn't expedite anything at all. This company has no sense of urgency for their client base and I am stuck in limbo waiting for this email to be sent so that I can finally get my report issued so that I may continue with the process of obtaining my RN license. I am begging ********************** to just send that email with the request for authentication already, handle the response from my licensing authority and issue my report as quickly as possible.

    License verification from *****.  Please note that this document was not accepted as CGFNS was unable to verify the identity of the official who signed the Request for License/Registration/Diploma form.  ********************** sent a Request for Assistance letter to the licensing authority requesting the names and signatures of the officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS. The letter was sent via email and standard mail on March 1, 2024.
