    Hello,My name is ******** Bezerra ******* and I hired the company CGFNS to do the revaluation of my brazilian nursing degree in ***************** on March 07, 2024. My CGFNS ID is: ******* I paid the *** issuance service fee ($485 - Order Number: *******) and all documents were sent to the CGFNS as requested by the CGFNS.The documentation was sent for the first time on March 22 and wasn't accepted due to the lack of part of the documentation. The correct documents were sent on June 15 (see the tracking number:*********************************************************************** )CGFNS informed us of the need to verify the university's signature. They said they would send a letter and an email to the university to get this verification, but until now, the university hasn't been contacted. The University didn't receive the email or letter from CGFNS. I already sent some emails to CGFNS informing them that the university didn't receive but, in the last 3 months, they only asked me to wait.I would like the BBB to help me resolvethiscase. CGFNS is a terrible company. Customer ********************** is horrible. They never meet deadlines, and have the most expensive service in ***************** forthispurpose.

    Hi dear officer, Hope you are having a great day! This is ** and placed an order for CES at CGFNS at Feb 8, 2024, and it has been 7 months past but the order is still waiting for authenticating my transcript from ***************************************. I understand it will be troublesome and difficulty to contact with my school professors from the other side of Pacific ocean, but still it seems has no progress in my order status for 7 months. I contacted with my nursing school professors, who told me they have not been contacted and got no emails from CGFNS. I have placed a **** Screen order from CGFNS, which got completed and certificated in 2022, based on CGFNS e-Save policy, they should have all files needed for CES in the database. I could understand they are cautious and want to re-authenticate my school transcript, but I have emailed them 3-4 times over the past several months and provided them an official email address, which my nursing school professors will check it out and respond more promptly, to facilitate the process. However, I got no updates afterwards for all the times. Now it has been 7 months past, would you please help me and solve the problem, to urge CGFNS getting my transcript authenticated and my CES certified. That will be so very much appreciated!     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is hardly satisfactory to me. Since I placed the order at Feb, and CGFNS did not reach out to my nursing school professors via email until Sep, which makes me really upset about their working efficiency. 

    However, I really appreciate your help, without which the CGFNS will not contact with my nursing school professors promptly. Hope CGFNS could finish their job soon, and many thanks again for your efforts, time, as well as your kindness.

    October ******* I purchased a verification credential with CGFNS for $385.00 My ID# *******. Since then I uploaded and ***** all requested documents.The School also sent by *** courier all documents. For the past two years I placed calls to ***** every month or every two weeks seeking answers why my file is still not completed properly. December 2023 was advised by ************************ that CGFNS sent an empty file to Newyork State Department on May ****** June 13, 2024 CGFNS requested proof of signature from the University, since then the school sent 3 verifications to CGFNS, their excuses that they cannot verify the school email, while Newyork State advised me to have the University sent them documents by email which was received without any issue. January 2024. I did contacted Newyork State I was advised that no documents never entered into my file. January 2024 place called to ***** and spoke to supervisor (******) she confirmed that all documents was sent to the ************************. Since January 2024 placed call to ************************ every two weeks just following up status of my application. Newyork State discovered that CGFNS refused sending them all documents that I provided to them, Newyork State advised me to sent them the documents myself by email and Mail. Which I did.The University and I sent all documents to CGFNS and Newyork State Department.August 16, 2024 placed call to ***** spoke to supervisor (******) advised her that August ******* I received an email from ************************ stated from January 2024 Newyork State never received any documents for my file from CGFNS.I am an adjuster for insurance company and an investigator for the past 8 years settling claims. I will investigate what's going on and requested compensation due to negligence and this company is scamming students. All documents are uploaded

    Dear reader,I am writing to file a complaint regarding monopolistic practices and questionable service quality for foreign-educated nurses seeking U.S. licensure. I have faced the following issues:Monopolistic Practices: CGFNS International is the only available service, leaving no alternative but to comply with their high fees and procedures.Exorbitant Costs and Poor Responsiveness: I paid $485 for the Credentials Evaluation Service (***) report but experienced delays and lack of responsiveness. The high fees are not justified by the service provided.Unjustified Additional Fees: After obtaining my nursing license in *************, I moved to ******** and was required to pay an additional $425 for the Credential Verification Service (***) report, despite already paying for a comprehensive *** report. CGFNS claimed the *** report is different and cannot be shared with other institutions, which appears to be a tactic to impose additional charges without clear justification.Lack of Transparency: When I sought clarification, CGFNS shifted responsibility to the New York Board of Nursing without providing a detailed explanation of why the *** report was insufficient for my licensure transfer.As an immigrant nurse who spent over two years obtaining a U.S. nursing license, I find this treatment unfair and discriminatory. It is unreasonable to charge the same amount for transferring an existing license as for an initial evaluation. *********************** practices place undue financial and emotional strain on foreign-educated nurses.I urge the BBB to investigate CGFNS International's practices and address the following:Monopolistic control over the credentialing process for foreign-educated nurses.High and unjustified costs of their services.Lack of transparency and responsiveness.Thank you for your attention to this issue.     I have been trying to get ICD to complete my equivalency report of foreign credentials for months, dating back to March. Nothing ever, EVER, gets done. Absolutely no progress and very little communication unless I write first. My university sent the necessary transcripts, and they were received by ICD. For some reason, nothing is ever accomplished. The business operates like a scam operation--it takes your money and then strings you along with no progress at all. ICD continues to claim they are waiting for more details. What other details? The official transcript was sent from the registrar's office, and ICD has possession of it. What's the issue? Never again will I ever use this company, nor will I ever refer anyone to this business.     On going issues with communication - Letter attached outlining problems due to character limit. Summary: Charged additional $485 for CES course. I had completed CP on their advice, instruction and literature and when it came to submitting to board suddenly it was not accepted despite the fact I have been informed it was approved and would be sent. This has led to delay in licence, delay in employment, loss of potential earning as well as significant additional expense to me. I wish to formally challenge the communication, I checked if CP was accepted prior to submission and twice further on completion. I also clarified the submission letter prior to requesting ( at additional $125 to original request) and was instructed to submit this and it would be sent to the board. I chased for update, and had phone call at 0400am in the morning to tell me CP not accepted by HI BON, Challenged this as 3 weeks prior was informed it was and did as instructed. Also BON website instructs it as accepted. Have been forced to pay additional fee for CES as CGFNS refusing to investigate appropriately and I cannot have further delay into licence as this is costing me potential earnings. Seeking refund of additional service as CP was completed on their instruction which I have attached clarification and evidence of. They are refusing to take accountability for their failings,

    My name is *********************** *****************************, CGFNS ID *******. I started my process with CGFNS on August 10, 2023. My first *** was issued on December 14, 2023. On January 9, 2024, CGFNS requested the University to send the *** form via mail and email. On January 22, 2024, my university sent the required documents. During the period from January 30, 2024 to April 22, 2024, there were several exchanges of messages with the CGFNS regarding an update on the case, and always with justifications that the message would be sent to the responsible sector, or that it was being evaluated, with long deadlines for evaluation.On April 23, 2024, I followed up on the *** and was told documents were sent to the university on February 4, 2024. On April 24, 2024, I notified CGFNS the university resent all documents on April 19, 2024. CGFNS replied, asking me to wait for processing without specifying duration. On May 2, 2024, after contacting the New *********** I informed CGFNS the board was waiting for the university's documents. CGFNS replied with the same message from April 24. On June 20, 2024, I emailed CGFNS about the ***, and the university registered with the **** but my name was not in their system. On June 21, 2024, CGFNS replied the *** could only be resolved via email. I replied the last *** was sent on April 19, 2024, with no feedback. On June 23, 2024, CGFNS said my transcription was complete and my status would no longer be updated. I questioned CGFNS about the pending items on my dashboard. On June 24, 2024, they said they sent a letter to the university on May 18, 2024, which the university never received. On July 3, 2024, I asked how this pending issue would be resolved, noting it had been almost *********************************************************** the end, the process is nearing one year. An issue appears on my profile, and I want it resolved. Everything CGFNS asked for was sent by the college, and I have no effective answers. How will this case be resolved?

    This is upsetting regarding CGFN's CES; I requested a CES expedite report on June 17th, and it has been nearly a month. I emailed them on June 28 and received a response on Monday, July 1, stating that the team is evaluating the transcript, so I just waited because it was already under evaluation. On July 8, I email my evaluator, surprised to learn that she is on vacation. How fortunate I am. That day, it was changed to ready for submission and hopping is already done on evaluation, but later that day, to my astonishment, it was changed again to waiting for documents, wait with new evaluator, and requirements. This is really aggravating because each evaluator has their own set of standards, and there is no standard necessary documentation. Why will the evaluator assign not finish the task if they intend to take a vacation? And here we go again; there is a new evaluator with a set of new requirements. I hope this issue is resolved so that there is no redundancy of documentation required.

    Hello,Since November 2022 I have been dealing with CGFNS and I have already had to pay for another validation because the one I purchased in November 2022 expired due to their delay in completing the service.Since May 9, 2024, my university has sent the missing document to complete the service called ***.This document was enough for them to complete my process.However, after several contacts they continue to delay completing the service. First they say that you need to wait 15 working days to analyze the documents and then they say that there is no set time. Today it has been almost 2 months since they received the *** and they have not yet completed issuing my validation.I request BBB's assistance in delivering the contracted service, as CGFNS already has all the documents to complete the service.I also request that in addition to completing the service, $225 be refunded to me. Due to the CGFNS delay, I had to purchase the service extension again. Since it is not my fault, I request a refund.
