Please note that the class admin has been playing games in terms of getting me the settlement payment for **** **** Settlement (Claimd ID #**************** never send me the ****** and when questioned they told me that it got declined (never provided proof of that), then took my address back on Feb 23 and updated it for reissue and everytime I contact them they keep asking me for address again to reissue the check Please have your team speak with them to send my ****** payment correctly on ******************** or reissue my check to updated address at the earliest as they have been holding the reissue for monthsBusiness Response

This is because of 2 reasons1) The business is mixing this complaint with a previous complaint issue which was fixed . This complaint is for a different settlement . This is for ** Fridge settlement
2) My email address has changed so i would request the business to send me further communication on ************************ (not on ***** anymore)
The business should understand that this is a check reissue request for ** Fridge settlement where i had requested them to reissue the check since i was going to
move in the end of March 2023. I have no clue if they reissued the check since i have not received it . I will send them a follow-up from my new ***** as well

I am rejecting this response because: The class admin company is randomly doing anything that they want without taking into consideration the payment method selected on the claim form. Please find attached the claim form which clearly says that payment method i selected is via ******, They failed to send this ****** payment . On top of that i sent them several emails to point this out and they clearly ignored and only sent automated templated responses . In the templated response they even mentioned that people who have not received their payment via ****** will be sent second email to update their payment method for it to be resent electronically. They even failed to do this and never sent me any second email. They are only replying because of the BBB complaint else they dont even respond which should be their primary responsibility . Since i have not received the check I want this complaint to be escalated and my payment made via chosen payment method of ****** to my email address as per the clear terms and conditions of the settlement

In this BBB complaint i am attaching my submitted claim form (in PDF format) which BBB can clearly see indicates the method of payment (******) and my email address ********************* so its clear as daylight that they clearly failed to provide payment to that. Since i have moved sending by mail to the address on claim form will not get me the settlement payment. However it seems this was not done correctly and the payment was never sent successfully to paypal. I have repeatedly reached out to this company via emails and phone calls and have not received any response. I am requesting a reissue on a $625.00 check that I received for a class action settlement. When you call, you are instructed to leave a voicemail and told that you will receive a call back, but that doesn't happen. I have left multiple voicemails and emails to the department that is handling the settlement and also to the corporate email but I have not received a response. When looking at online reviews and reviews from the BBB's website, it appears that most people share a similar experience to mine. No call backs or email responses. I am a named plaintiff in a California lawsuit (***** et al. v ***) that this company is administering the settlement of. They failed to provide me my settlement amount of $3500 in a timely manner after the check was lost in the mail. Upon inquiring about the status of my check, employee ********************* on a call with me stated on January 27 2023 that due to the initial check being sent out December 21, 2022 and not arriving as of January 27 2023 he would cancel the check, reissue it, and send it out promptly as well as follow up by phone on January 30th to inform me of the status of the check. ************** did none of these things. I called him again on February 8 2023 to which he informed again the check was sent out on December 21st, accused me of lying about not receiving the check, and hung up on me saying call your lawyer. I still have not received the funds and I believe that ************** and his company are willfully withholding the funds from me, and therefore should pay me interest on the amount with held until I receive it.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Employee ********************* was made aware that the check was lost on 1/27/2023. He assured the check would cancelled, reissued, and sent out the following week. I then contacted him again on 2/8/2023 and he had taken no action on re-issuing the check. This action was willful, voluntary, and negligent. Due to this, I am owed interest on the $3500 as the settlement administrator was willfully withholding my money. My attorney in the case, *******************, explicitly asked for the check to be sent via ***** on, but the company declined to do so for no clear reason
