      I ordered a helmet and was told over the phone that it would be shipped ****. It was shipped ***** surepost. It ended up in ********************. I live in **********************. It took days of runarounds from various customer service people to finally get a refund. I had to demand an email confirmation that they would issue a refund. They were very evasive about doing that.

      The descriprion of the part was inaccurate as it did not fir. The part itself was perfect but my oem bolts would not secure it. Longer bolts might have but they may alao have hit the rocker box cover.

      I have received 1/3 of my order. Didn't know it would take this long to get the other bits but I think it would be beneficial if on the website there was an accurate time table on how long it takes to get certain items. Love the website and ******* channel, just want more transparency on what's going on with delayed items.
