      I ordered a Givi windscreen for my Triumph Tiger Sport 850. It is a perfect it, was easy to install, and is exactly as described. Does a great job of protection at highway speeds, especially as the weather is turning cooler. No distortion where the screen curves. Great value for the price.

      Initial order came in within 3 days of ordering it, HOWEVER the package did have an item that was the wrong size. **************** was very helpful in getting the proper size shipped out to me instead. First time ive had an issue with them in 5 years.

      Buying brakes for my 2025 motorcycle for the first time, I needed clarification on the part number would include 2 brake pads or all 4. Revzilla John was able to determine only 2 pads were included, not 4 as needed.

      Revzilla usually have the parts I need in stock at a good price. I will continue to make purchases from them.

      Package opened prior to arrival and part(s) removed. Package then re-taped and delivered to me. This vender has always been dependable and responsive to my dealings with them so I was very surprised that this happened.

      Two issues: 1. My $900 airbag vest arrived in a larger box that was not sealed on one side of the bottom, allowing the flap to open and close. The tape on the other side was broken by the *** shipper or handler (not RevZilla's fault). When I decided to return the vest b/c of the concerns over something missing from the box, Revzilla provided a free ***** label, however (a) I had to drive 14 miles to the ***** store and then (b) was told the vest could not ship because of the "exploding air bag potential". Why ship *** and use ***** to return when ***** will not accept the item? AND when I called Revzilla back, I was told to either drive to RevZillla personally or go back to ***** when that "employee was not working". Huh? What? That's your response? I asked for a call from a manager to discuss the situation and never got a return call or email. Very disappointed as I have purchased many items from RevZilla previously. Policies appear to have changed, sadly.
