      I ordered a pair of Women's RevIt Tornado 4 H20 Women's Pants for a week-long motorcycle road trip. Shipping was fast and I received the pants. The plastic packaging indicated the right style and size, but the pants fit strangely and were subtly different from the pictures. I finally looked at the tag and realized they had actually sent the RevIt Sand 5 H20 Men's pants, despite the packaging showing the right pants. The customer service representative was fantastic, helping me understand the knee armor adjustment and placement, responding quickly, etc, but it was too late to exchange the pants before my trip, so I just kept them.

      Got the tires I needed and quickly!I've used Continental Classic attacks in the past and another supplier no longer carries them. I also bought a set of Shinko 804/805 on the advice of a friend for my DRZ400. Can't wait to try them

      I thought I had lost my bike cover so I ordered a new one. Of course, once I did that, I found my cover. I called Revzilla to cancel the new order, but it was already processed. I was issued a return authorization immediately at no charge to return. Once the new cover was shipped back, I received a full refund. This was a very smooth process.

      Saddle bags are great The saddle bag supports are terrible. They are late. The box was damaged. The end of it was opened. Inside the box was a blister board pack it had a slit cut on the dice and the support rods where loose in the box everything looked there start to put together found defective end was welded crooked and would not fit flush to the bike. They are going to charge me $10.00 to return. Last Im buying from them
