5 starsWe highly recommend Thermo-Twin windows. Every part of the process was great, from the original meeting with the salesperson to the measuring process and ultimately the installation of the windows. The crew was very polite and answered any questions we had. The crew had a bump in the road removing the old windows but figured out what had to be done and the installment then went smoothly. Will be calling them again in the future to install a new entryway door and new sliding door to our deck.

5 starsWhen we decided to replace our windows, we started at the home show visiting the various companies displays. We then had sales **** from three different companies visit our home for estimate's, including Thermo Twin. We had eleven windows we wanted replaced, nine double hung, a bay and a sun garden window. Two of the salespeople told us they did not do garden windows, and the bay window would be too expensive to replace. Since we saw a garden and bay window at the Thermo Twin display, we decided to have Thermo Twin replace our windows. We now have our new windows, including the bay and garden window. The whole process went smoothly, from sales to installation. The windows are high quality with a lifetime warranty. They were also more affordable than the other two companies. We are very happy with our decision to have Thermo Twin replace our windows and would recommend Thermo Twin windows to anyone needing new windows.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsThis was our third and final install of 21 Thermo-twin windows. Everything went great as usual. The previously installed windows definitely reduced our heating and air conditioning cost the past couple years and now with all 21 windows replaced I expect even more savings. The windows also have reduced noise and are very easy to clean with their tilt in design. We are extremely pleased with the purchase and recommend Thermo-twin windows.Thermo-Twin Windows

The salesperson was professional without being pushy, and the installation team was very courteous and finished a whole home installation in about 5 hours.
