  You cant go wrong with Thermo Twin Windows. These are heavy duty windows made to last! I was treated with the utmost respect from REMOVEDour sales REMOVEDto all the guys installing. I was impressed from the very start when they covered the floors they would be walking on with plastic.They wiped down the windows after installing and made sure everything was cleaned. I have NO complaints about the job they did-and I can be a nit picker!After installation, I was showed how to operate the windows. Then they went over the warranty-did I say lifetime warranty-who does that!!I feel the price was fair for the quality of windows they REMOVEDthem!!

  We had such an old wooden bay window, that was very drifty. The new Thermo twin window is beautiful and no drafts.

  This was my second round of windows from thermo twin and again we were very pleased with the windows and service. Workers were neat and curtious and did a great job. I would recommend them for new windows and doors.

  I have been using Thermo twin for years, & this time, once again, they did not disappoint. My windows look beautiful. They did a good job, were very polite, showed me everything I need to know about them & cleaned up when they were finished. I highly recommend them.

  Thermo-Twin came out and replaced our front door and back door. They were amazing to deal with from start to finish. The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us while we were deciding on the styles we wanted for both doors. The installers were incredible. They sent 2 crews and one crew worked on the back door while another crew worked on the front door. They put floor coverings down on the carpet and cleaned up everything completely and vacuumed with their shop vac when done. They patiently answered any questions I had and did an incredible job on both doors. I am completely satisfied with Thermo-Twin from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

  1. Highly professional 2. Kept the time and dates for visiting the site before door installation. Same for when the actual installation took place.3. Cleaned up after the installation 4. Answered questions after the installation 5. In the days before the installation I had several questions which were answered through e-mails on a daily basis. The questions arose because we live in a condo and had to be cognizant about others need. The person from Thermotwin talked to the condo manager too on my request.

  The company employees are awesome! Starting with the sales staff (REMOVED) to the installers 4 great guys this was an excellent experience! The arrived on time, no mess, no mistakes.
