      We recently had Thermo Twin replace all of our homes windows and can not be happier with the results. From the initial sales call to the final installation, every person we interacted with was professional, courteous, and confident in the product they were selling and installing. They worked with us to schedule the install based on our timeline as we were having other work done and needed them to start and end in a particular window. All was done on time and without any issues. The install team was stellar and kept us aware of all steps in the process. They answered all questions and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. We recommend Thermo Twin to anyone looking to replace their windows.

      Thermo twin installed 2 kitchen windows so naturally I had them return to replace a deck door and bathroom window. I am very pleased with the process from start to finish.

      From sales to installation, this was an excellent experienceprofessional, informative, and outstanding work. Keeping me regularly updated and meeting the date the windows would be installed. I had seven windows replaced, which they did in less than a day. I met with several window companies before making my decision. Thermo-Twin was head and shoulders above the rest. I would recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone. One other thing worth mentioning is that this company is employee-owned and makes its own windows, so there is just one point of accountability/contact, which is a big plus.

      The salesman was very clear explaining our window style selection . The new window style changed the look of our side by side 2 townhouses . We are overwhelmed by how much quieter our house is now. For a little more money we were able to select the window style we wanted and the townhouses look more modern and now has a large picture window to see out. We changed the front 4 windows and look forward to changing the others in the spring . When I drive in our driveway I am now proud to call this our home .

      Thermo Twin installed a new sliding glass door and a window for me. Everything about this experience was fantastic and i would recommend. Everyone from *** the salesman, to the guy that came and did a second measurement, to the installation guys ***** and ****. Everyone was professional, on time, took time to explain things to me, and cleaned up. The door and window work amazing and just look so much better than what i had before. I love that this is a local company and that it's employee-owned. I will be calling them for future replacements in the future.

      I had to replace my security doors due to a broken lock. A friend of mine recommended Thermo-Twin, so I contacted them. The installation was done very well, and the results are great. The operation of the new doors was explained to me. The old doors were taken away. I was very happy to deal with this company

      Crew came in and worked efficiently. Sales department was very responsive. Cleaned up, wouldnt have known they were there except for the new windows. The windows open and close very smoothly.

      I only needed a single bathroom window that needed replaced. *********** price was rediculous! I searched and searched. I only other company I found besides ********** was Thermo Twin. Thermo Twin was $350 cheaper than ********** with the same warranty. I was warned it would be awhile until they could squeeze me in. It was 4 months. I had to call and remind them and was given an installation day 2 weeks away. 3 workers came. Were all very nice and efficient.
