5 starsWe couldn't be happier with our new Thermo-Twin custom made garden window! Everyone at Thermo-Twin did a great job of helping us through a complex situation that developed during the construction of our new home. Our builder referred us to Thermo-Twin when it became apparent that another brand of garden window that had already been installed in the living room of our new house during framing was not suitable. It was shorter than what we wanted and it didn't extend out far enough for the sides to open past the brick that would later be installed on the outside wall around it. The crew that put it in removed it, and reframed the opening to the taller size. Thermo-Twin produced and installed a beautiful 5' x 5' garden window that will be the highlight of the room! Everyone we had the pleasure of working with at Thermo-Twin couldn't have been nicer or more professional! I will definitely recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone I know who is looking for excellent windows at a great price with the best service!Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsIn June of 2024, a salesman came to my home at my request to make a bid for and explain Thermo Twin windows to me. He was very clear and thorough. I also had another window company come to do the same but ended up choosing Thermo Twin based on cost and the many recommendations of my friends. On October 14, 2024 a team of four men from Thermo Twin came to replace 12 windows in my home. Three windows in my dining room, a picture window flanked by two double hung windows, was a "total tear-out", meaning they not only replaced the windows, but also the wooden framework and sill. The vinyl parts of the inside of these windows were wood grained and they match the new wood completely. While two men focused on this project, the other two worked on replacing the other 9 windows. They came punctually at 8:00 AM and were completely done and completely cleaned up by about 1:00 PM. Amazing!! They were extremely friendly and polite and explained everything to me clearly. I really like the look of my new windows. They are a vast improvement over my old 60-year-old windows. I would highly recommend this company.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsAfter dealing with salespersons from other companies, the Thermo-Twin salesman was honest and direct and never tried to upsell. The replaced windows were also Thermo-Twin windows that had lasted over 30 years, so it was an easy decision. The free financing was a bonus.The install crew was enjoyable, courteous, and respectful.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsWe had 21 windows replaced by 2 crews (7 individuals) in two days in our home. They arrived on time and proceeded to cover floors, steps, beds, furniture, stove, refrigerator and anything they may come in contact with. They all were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Each had their own task to perform and did so seamlessly. 5 starsOn September 30, 2024 we had one window replaced by Thermo-Twin and the installation team did a professional job. We chose Thermo-Twin for replacement of this window because in 2021 we had them install 8 windows in the main part of our house and we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of the windows and care and workmanship of the installation teams. We would recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone in need of new or replacement windows. The sales people are very knowledgeable and courteous and easy to work with. We also like the fact that Thermo-Twin is a local employee owned company.Thermo-Twin Windows
