5 starsI love this company! I had questions about it at first from reading reviews but it has been such a relief for me. Your credit score might take a hit at first but once in the program a few months, your score goes way up! And yes they charge you their fees but in the long run it helps take care of your debt which otherwise might cause you to have to file bankruptcy or just continue to pay high interest rates. If you need questions answered, they are there!

2 starsI understand that my deposit money each moth has to be there to negotiate settlements but I'm getting calls, emails and nasty letters about taking me to court over past due credit card balances. I would think that Century would at least notify the creditors that their client has entered their program and that a settlement would be negotiated in due time. I also would like to see an easy route to deposit money into my century settlement account other than the deposited amount each month. Some months I may have more that I can apply towards my account payoff balance. I'm glad I have Century helping but I think a couple things could be better for the clients. 4 starsOriginally, I was beyond impressed and gave Century five stars. However, after approving my first settlement offer last week...apparently, it was not submitted to the creditor promptly. I was sent a 2nd settlement offer (for the same creditor) that had increased. I inquired. Basically a mistake on Century's end cost me some money...albeit minimal.
